Thank you for showing around! It feels good to own a product which now I know where is comes from! You know, one of the many reasons, but certainly the most important reason for me using Apple products is the transparency of the company and seeing the faces who designed it etc.. If you do the same and you stay open and transparent to your costumers you are certainly on a great path! Have a great day! Adrian

While I appreciate the tour there is a lot that could have been done to improve this video to make it more interesting and a better marketing tool. I like Bluetti and I’m considering buying a residential battery backup system, but there was absolutely nothing in this video that was compelling me to buy, or even give me a reason to think more about them. The explanations didn’t emphasise the attributes that customers would find important e.g. quality and robustness. Doing so would demonstrate and improve perceived value. When doing a video like this it’s important to think what you are trying to achieve, what is it you want people to think of when watching it?
He probably wrote the script but clearly English is his second language and so it wasn’t exciting, interesting and it was full of errors. 80000 square kilometres? I think you mean square metres! Printed circular board, should be circuit board.
At least hire a copy writer or script writer or a PR company to help you put together something compelling.

When are you going to change to better batteries? 3500+ is too bad. Should be twice as many others do. Yours lasts 10 years and competitors have 25 years.
