Eddie, you NEVER cease to Amaze, Educate, and Motivate. You make your own perfect triad (A-E-M). Love you like a brother! Thanks for everything you do. You're the best!!! -GC
Just wanted to say thank you for all the help and tips. I will be referring back to this lesson for some time. I'm a slow learner so leave this lesson up for like FOREVER!!! Thank you Eddie.
This is such a helpful video. I’ve watched hundreds of guitar videos if not thousands but this one has distilled the MOST important aspects needed to spark your creativity and explain what is needed to make tasty lead guitar lines. Thank you!
Haven't touched my guitar for almost 3 years now. The story could even make even me cry on why, and I lived it. Anyway... de todos modos... I stumbled upon this and watched your lesson. I'm gonna be back. I feel it. 71 years young with knowledge of blues pentatonic scales and chord formations, some basic strummed songs, but you put the fire under me to pick it up again and go further. First love is the Blues, but I also know some Spanish and French ballads. Subscribed and hit the bell. Gracias por tu lección. R.T.West. Puebla, México...
This is what I have been looking for something simple, something that doesn't get you bored, but very eager to learn. It's amazing how these scales changes the sound. And you don't have to go to far on frets, and if you do have one frets that may be a little to far to reach, there's another frets that still sounds good, but closer to reach. I like that part, only because I have a problem stretching my fingers a long way. This will help till I get my fingers stronger. Overall I'm very impressed and looking forward to finally making some music 🎶.
Thank you Mate ı have tried that for four hours and it works perfectly my wife said to me it was one of the most Best musics recently, I improvised and backing track thats all ı did, you are my favorite guitarist ever 🎉😊
I love how you apply full body stretch techniques to the hands! Ofc stretching routines over time would increase RoM, idk why i never thought of this. Thank you for helping this new bass player!
Man. I have been playing for years and naturally figured a lot of this stuff. I stopped playing because of hitting creative block. Since watching your lessons, I have gained so much understanding and new love. Thanks bro!!
Nice to see u for a lesson and not only an advertising ! Excellent vid, different scale in the same area of the fretboard and different colours ✨much thanks🇫🇷👍🏼🍒
This lesson is one of my favorites! It was a lightbulb moment for me and applying to all the CAGED patterns will be challenging, but fun. It will keep me busy for a while. Thanks Eddie!
Thanks so much Eddie Haddad! You really help me a lot in figuring out the how's and whys. Sorry I've missed out on a lot of learning and playing over the last few months. The problem is over, but I still have a lot to get done. Be getting back to having more time. Thanks again, Duane Nicholas
Awesome info packed and practical vid. Yes, knowing the chord tone intervals helps alot, when playing lead. Demonstrating the diff scale sounds was superb. .
I love this technique. For years I have been trying to understand how to solo over a scale such as in the a minor Pentatonic as you demonstrate here for example. This is a great way to play some simple solos before learning to do this running down the whole fretboard. . In the beginning Keep It Simple. Good Stuff
Excellent video, i can actually now navigste through every name of the scales and know exactly where I am, very helpful after being self taught . Perfecto !!!
Fantastic lesson, the way you teach is going to help me break through a wall that I didn't think that I was ever going to get through... Thank you so much 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🙏🙏🙏
I’d like this to go more in-depth about adjusting scales to play over chord changes. For example, if you keep playing A Dorian over the 4,5 & 6 chords, you’re going to get some pretty bad dissonance at some point I would imagine.
Eddie God Bless you! Wrote these out next to each other and as the nimbleness increases expression, attitude and song have made me a musician! I love exercising! Right brain training on this Sunday before cheese week! Delicious!
See you playing the solos over the track seems easy to do it. When I try though, it's a disaster! Do I need to memorize the dots on the fretboard first? I am kind of lost....

Thank you this video helped me,I have never thought this way.Being a bass player for 45 years this lesson really opened my mind and ears
THANK YOU
Tomorrow morning I'm going to start working on these scales and my vocabulary is going to explode,,, I just can't thank you enough...🙏🙏🙏🤘🤘🤘
Infinite ways to play a scale is an Exceligent approach!

You Kidding or are Braindead ???? A-E-M truly is a perfect triad. But I could not find the M yet!
you really made what used to be some confusing concepts about which scale to use to create a mood... thanks.
