Something about alana reid
Boy me jus love her bad ❤❤i pray special for her that she stays injury an i no she will b worlds best jus like shelly ann😊😊😊😊
Briana Williams is coming along nicely well ran Alana Reid 🇯🇲💯
Lots of improvement from Williams, cracking start as always and the finish was not that bad, she has a bit of touch up to do on her end game and no one will catch her then
Sky is the limit for Alana Reid!!
Very talented young sprinter.
Briana start is soo good
First, Brianna didn’t run all the way through to the line, I think she didn’t want to re-injure herself. Yes! My Brianna is back 🙌 ❤
Congratulations to Alana for a continued outstanding season 👏
Team 🇯🇲 a no nutten fi play wid… problem time
Brianna ran through the line and leaned. You don't even have to put it in slow motion to see that. People get better by listening to honest feedback, not yes-men or yes-women. Brianna reaches top speed too quickly (as early as the 50m mark) and she can't maintain that pace for very long which is why in most of her races she tends to get the best start (probably best in the world in her age group at least) then gets passed in the second half. Alana Reid was gaining on her rapidly barely halfway through this one so Brianna was losing speed too early.
It's similar to Shelly Ann. Early in her career she would start very fast but fade near the end of her races. She held on to win most of the time but it made races unnecessarily close. Over the last few years Shelly has focused on holding her top end speed longer and finishing her races stronger (the hill training she does helps) which is why she has run 10.6 multiple times late in her career compared to not running faster than 10.7 early on. Brianna should be studying tape of Shelly's multiple 10.67 races of 2022. Shelly was putting on a clinic.
Alana Reid is the future.
One of 5 at least
Brianna always had a great start, she just needs to finish. Seems like she runs out of steam at 80 meters.
This is actually one of her better races in the past two years
No athletes runs faster after 80 metres. It's about maintaining their top speed for as long as they can
She needs more incremental hill training to build more endurance.
@@franklinchinquee8762ok coach
we saw her doing that hill training late last season, I dont know what going with on Bre; but it isn't progressive, Its nice know that Alana is still holding her form but I would like to see her competing over the 200m in her next assignment.
alana too powerful
I always believe Brianna needs to finish strong and she will be hard to beat ,she as the fastest start in the women 100m💯👏
Yes 🥰 brianna❤
Great finish
Briana need a lot of sprint and interval training and a lot of speed training every day.she has the start but her energy to her last 40m burn out.its no way Alaina came from way back and took the win and Briana was way ahead, she need a lot of sprint drill, box jump, high knee and hill sprint to get that energy,I really don't wanted her to get frustrated
Alana Reid along with Kerrica Hill has the potential to transcend and go far. I can’t say that about anybody else 20 or under.
ridiculous comment "
Forward running Tia Clayton. What have they done to her? I have not seen any improvements really, hope she is not just 'hype'. A Reid is the new boss, just some technique tweak and she is good to go - the next big thing.
I'm Preeing Tia myself too,as a matter of fact The Twins...Seems like they are going backwards, but let give it Some Time Eh...
Your mixing up the twins... TINA is the the better sprinter not TIA... Ig Tia is running more races than her sister because she has more to work on. Haven't seen TINA in a bit, guess she's preparing for trials.
@10.92 is not the boss the Twins conditioning out a heavy pre season times mean #jack at the moment trials are still mile off.....
Brianna is coming on💯 she will be ready for trials👏
Williams still hasn't gotten any stronger in the second half of the race. Her start is just as good as Pryce
Seems better than the queen.....by the way....is Tina in hiding.....has a surprise up her sleeve?
@@annGreaves wondering the same thing about TINA... must be preparing for trials
One of the best executed race Brianna has ran...Excellent start, good transition but ran out of steam. Tia ....Tia...im gonna as me one time Prime Minister woulda seh ..Me A Hold Me Tongue.
Tia is running within herself under instruction clear as daylight....
Thank god you’re typing
@@jamaicanbkslimaz lol
Excellent race , excellent start, and much better from Briana, but she needs to improve on her finish. Alana, wow !! So strong and determined. Can't wait for trials
Without a doubt Alana Reid a wi new sprint queen once she is nurtured properly 🙏💯
Alana reid is the next sprinting queen to be mi nuh affi ask Christ
not the only One!
@@jonepic8100 well they’re talking abt Alana right now
@@jonepic8100 well true but she gonna be the best one...fix her form little and her start and she will be unstoppable
With a better Start Alana breaks 11 again.
Briana should stick to 60m
I hope Reid doesn't get over worked
I miss Tina the best ever
lol don't worry bout that Cory has completely screwed with the protocol so expect the unexpected from MVP and their directive on the turbo.
For a girl who runs because your sister is running u run great. U should give it a try because u r indefeatable too.
We can't see the times
Description
Idk but seems Brianna false start but I maybe wrong though
Brianna may need to get get safp trainer
Briana gone has far as she could with alto bolden. She has to find a better camp.
Uhh, she left Ato for about a year now...
@@theren8311 lol exactly
What kind of nonsense with this starter athletes run more than 50 m before you call them back
Go up deh go thump him ina him back fi mi deh
@@unconventionalcrosy52 😅😅😅😅😂😂😂
Brianna Williams definitely false started. Look at the start. Why didn’t they call back the race?
Yes I saw that...... She did false start
Reid a show that she is the one who is the future gem of lady sprinters
She started so fast it made you feel she false started, she is the fastest female sprint starter in the world💯
Great finish
