I use to be 310 nasty pounds.. Watching Nick has help me so much. As far as conditioning I could barely walk a mile. 2 years later with on and off diet and exercise I am now able to run a mile personal best 8mins and I'm down to 230lbs
I ordered some items from BPN, unfortunately the packaging ended up popping the bag and containers. I emailed you guys and you guys sent out a replacement on the same day. Thank you for your great customer service. Huge fan. You’re an inspiration.

Ok I like your coach. Very impressive athlete and it was a nice moment after the race when she said that during the race she was thinking about what she could tell you. That is a dedicated coach! Nice video Nick.
How dope is she.. she ran it to be a better trainer it seams like and soon as she got done when other people a eating and drinking she is instructing such an inspiration.!
Great job Natosha . . It was cool when she said; the whole time she was run she was thinking what am I going to tell Nick. She is one dedicated coach. 👍
Nick, I have been watching your videos for a couple of years now and the improvements in your video editing is unreal. These iron man episodes are such high quality I feel like I’m watching a movie! The editing is unbelievable, big respect for you and your team.
These videos are getting next level! As an athlete of motocross ( very physically demanding) and wanting to train for future ironmans and marathons, these videos and this company nick created is the best motivation. Thanks nick and the team for the hard work!
Nick bare inspire me everyday , the he hardworks, the way he is committed inspire me to get up on the morning to wear my shoes and just keep on run. Thanks Nick for your videos
Nick I think she will be a great Ambassador for your company and good family your all family. I love to see that cuz it motivates me to do what I have to do to see inspiration in a company that cares about others and it's all about others I appreciate your company in the way you live.
Wow dude. The greens and red packets!! I gotta get those to send to my friends to get them hooked. I’ve been on them for a year now and it’s changed my life. Btw your videos get better and better. You inspired me to start cycling. I got a Peloton and I watch your videos as I compete for leaderboard placement. I’ve been top 30-50 each time out of 20k which feels pretty good. Always get stoked when you upload a video. 🤘🏼
couldn't agree more Spencer it has inspired me to become a bikini bodybuilding competitor. Just having that awesome physical goal to strive for and grind for each and every day.
IMFL is a great race!! I did it in 2009 and went 9:35. The swim is awesome, you gotta watch out for drafters on the bike, and the run through the neighborhood is full of support.
I’ve been subbed since the very beginning. Absolutely impeccable quality, every time. Videos like these make me feel like I could run through a brick wall.
Ngl I stopped watching the last couple of videos and I noticed my motivation dwindled a little bit. I quickly picked it back up once I felt my self slacking but still I wanted to say I realized how inspiring and motivating you are. It makes me hold myself accountable and work harder regardless of my surroundings. Thanks Nick, you’re a legend.
@@TopShelfFootballClips Here's what I do every year during the month of july (winter in Australia) . Set my alarm and run for 1 hour from 2 to 3am every night for the month. It will change your life.
This is great. And for those who love this, id suggest you watch The Dagestan chronicles based mostly on Khabib Nurmagomedov. It's similar and you would like that too.
This is awesome! I live about 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Panama City Beach, Florida. Seeing Nick driving walking and running down the places I usually go to when I go down there just seems so cool 🤘🏻😂 You are inspiring Nick !!!
I signed up for my first Ironman in Maryland next September and immediately called up my best friend. Without hesitation - he signed up too. You better be there Nick! Us bodybuilders have to stick together :)
Been running a steady 3.1 - 5.0 miles every day lately, starting to get into that flow state. Love these videos, they keep me going! Currently heading out on a run now in my BPN hat and just took a half scoop of the pre flight with a full scoop of the intra flight. Lets go!
I did Ironman Florida last year and I really enjoyed it. Best race in my opinion. Tried to sign up for 2021 but already full. If anyone is looking to do an Ironman, I would strongly suggest Florida.
Since watching your vids I've trained and ran a solo virtual marathon and next I want to hit up an Iron Man. All while keeping up strength type training. The entry fees for an Iron Man are eye-watering. I would love to see a team BPN Iron Man fund for Iron Man entries across different continents taking different tranches over time. Where we swap the content of our training and race, being an ambassador, in exchange for help with the entry fee. The rest we have to cover ourselves, travel etc. Keep smashing it Nick & team. Big inspo. 👊
I was 320 pounds exactly 1 year ago, i started watching nicks ironman journey and I'm now 180 pounds , did my first ironman last month and wasn't sure if I'd even finish, ended up with a time of 10.07 and 5th in my age group. Not super quick but pretty respectable and much better than expected.
Started watching you went you were prepping for your iron man, really inspired me to do Long distance running and just run more in general! Looking to do my first 100k next year! ☺️ and also this new series is 🔥
@@PeterReefman I would agree. It's a weak link & it puts her behind the 8 ball for sure. A faster more efficient swim puts you in a better bike "group" in the pro context. wow she's a beast!! at the end she looked like she just finished a slow jog around the block lmao
You inspired me to begin training for an ultramarathon. I would do an Ironman, but bikes are expensive haha
Yeah I didn’t realize some bikes were super expensive
It’s upsetting how expensive good bikes are, regardless of the type.
plenty of people finish ironmans in cheap road bikes, you don't really need a $5000+ tri bike to do this
@@brian_simmons_ a cheap used road bike is still $500 to $800. I don't have that laying around lol. I have a vintage Raleigh 3 speed that was my great grandpa's, but that wouldn't make it lol
The amount you will spend on shoes training for an ultra will be more than buying a decent used tri bike. Look on Craigslist and Facebook.
