I'm interested in knowing whether its posiible to find out exactly what those Exchange wallets are for for example Binance has nearly 40 wallets but few of them actually hold any significant value of coins. Like is one for the futures market, spot market, earn wallet, binance mining pools, earn wallets, etc?
When I clicked on my wallet's drop down menu, it displayed A: a coin I Never bought; B: a coin I Did buy, but only amount, Not the value (that space on the same line, far right, was BLANK). And there are THOUSANDS of "IN"/"OUT" transactions! Did I do something wrong and not Secure my Wallet?? Are people coming in/out randomly!? Your help would be GREATLY Appreciated!

Bsccan doesn't actually hold your tokens. It just lists the balances in your wallet address. You'll need to transfer from whatever wallet you have (i.e. Metamask) to Coinbase.
