We just returned yesterday from a trip to London, Edinburgh and Dublin, and it is so interesting on how much of the history of Europe is rooted in the Christian/Catholic history. I learn so much from international travel--it isn't always comfortable (it pushes Americans out of their comfort zones for many reasons) but always so worthwhile. I enjoyed seeing your slices of Italy. We have never been there, but soon! I am older than you, and in the 80's and 90's Rick Steves was main way we got the inside scoop on European travel. I still have a well worn guide book written by him decades ago. His PBS series are the best! Look for his Christmas special where he goes from England to Wales, France, Norway, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy We watch it every Christmas as a family.

I would love to visit Pisa some day. I have a great photo of my Grandmother and 2 of her friends taken in front of the Leaning Tower back in probably 1950, I would love to recreate it. I have been to Italy, but have never made it to Pisa. Thank you for taking us along on your adventures. Oh, and was that man saying something snarky to you around the 05:55 mark after you pass him and say excuse me?? Looking forward to the next video and your tour of Pompeii !!!

hi jen how much would u say i need to bring with me for food and souvenirs for 2 people to italy for a 5 day stay, package i bought includes flight and hotel and a couple of tours but i would like to know how much money is needed nothing too fancy thank you
