Andersen Leveling Blocks. We use ours all of the time. 2 of ours developed small cracks after 4 years of use. Andersen sent us 2 new ones, free.

Unless I missed it I did see what button sequence you used to set it to 0 after you finished leveling it.

Enjoyed this video and interested to see I am not alone. We have a Cougar (also Keystone product) with same Lippert system and exact same issue. We will reset level zero point as you did and for a few campsites it works fine, then it "forgets" where level is and AutoLevel becomes useless until it is reset again. After 3 or 4 cycles of this, I finally gave up and don't bother with auto level anymore. Now when I arrive at a new campsite I simply put it in manual mode and level the unit that way. It was way too painful to press Autolevel and then watch that thing jerk things up and down for 10 or 15 minutes only to finally get "out of stroke" error, or worse yet to watch it jack one end or the other of the rig way up in the air for no good reason other than it had "forgotten" where level was. Not really a very good system in my mind. I do love the "levelling jacks" as opposed to the "stabilizing" jacks for their strength and thus the ability to actually lift the trailer to level as opposed to just stabilizing it, but the "auto" part is pretty much useless in my mind if you are moving around a lot. As always, safe travels.....

Mike, thanks for the video. I’m having this problem now and its good to hear from an expert before I try it myself. I have already tried several other methods but not this one. I’ll give it a try.

QUESTION: i thought that the slides neede to be in to level? But I noticed that you didn't close up your slides before adjusting your levelers. Does this affect future level ups?
Comment: 2 way radios would have been handy for this operation as well :)
Thanks again for your helpful videos, this was very helpful, because our 5th wheel has been off for a while now.
    Take care and stay safe!

Absolutely correct, and the RV guy should have known not to do that. Also the solid steps need to be raised as well.

My 2022 Solitude with this system has to be turned off (same) but the up arrow has to be pressed 10 times then down button 10 times (not 5 and 5 like video says). Also 10 and 10 did not work when I pressed them quickly. Second try with 10 and 10 worked not pressing them as quickly.

    I have a quick question.
We are looking into a small Motor home kind of like yours. Wondering which ones would be best to pull a small car behind? What size an type small car woudl you recommend?

Great content Mike, hope you get the site where you want it. Being a newly created site, settling and compaction is normal especially with alot of fill.
We hope to be viewing their next phase of development Dec 10th.

You don’t need to hook back up to truck to do this?

Should you be trying to auto level with the door steps on the ground?

You NEVER adjust any jacks with the slides extended! Ever. That repair guy should have known that. You can seriously damage your slides, slide mechanisms and/or sidewalls. All levelling, raising or lowering of the RV should only be done with all slides retracted and the steps UP or you risk twisting them and/or damaging the doorway.

Don't do it this way, see what others have pointed out. FIRST step in "fixing" an issue is check the manufacture's manual NOT you tube. but then everyone wants to be a youtuber star
