- Aerial footage that we captured on our drive from Sedona to Phoenix, AZ. We noticed some beautiful cacti in the landscape, so we decided to stop and capture some aerial footage with our drone. The area is known as Black Canyon City and is on the edge of the Sonoran Desert.

I just came across this video and i live in Black Canyon City, all though it has some negatives like the horrible education and sketchy parts of town. The landscape and nature around this area is fantastic!

Yeah, it was really a great spot. In fact, if you ever find yourself driving near Sedona, I highly recommend it. Since Sedona is pretty much a no-fly zone for drones, this is a great alternative.
We will for sure, we went on a huge road trip last year and went right around that area so will have to remember that. Thank you!

Thanks Jose! I honestly never thought that I would enjoy using a drone, but now I’m constantly searching for an opportunity to fly it. I started with a DJI Spark since it was a cheaper option, but just recently upgraded to a Mavic Air. Both are compact drones, so they’re perfect for traveling. The larger Phantom series is awesome too, but much more bulky and expensive.
If I had to suggest a drone to start out, I would probably go with either the Spark or Mavic Air. Though definitely get the Fly More Combo if you decide to buy one. The extra batteries and remote are totally worth it. 😊
