Hey, I wanted to thank you for your Videos. Because of your tutorials and tips I became much better since I started watching your videos! Your art style is so amazing! Every time you post a video, I take my sketchbook and draw somthing. You are really inspiring and your tips helped me a lot. Of course I still don't know how to draw some things, like male faces or ears(argh) I think you deserve more people watching your Videos, but I can't control what other people do, so I will support you as much as I can.

Avani .s well I did not see a reply but my advice would be to get a sketchbook and start drawing something you like. If you cannot afford a sketchbook just get some paper and pencil and start there. Try to draw a subject you like, look online for sources and just start!

Getting stuck on details is a terrible problem for me as well! I've been struggling to draw faces for almost two years now. I wish I could improve faster than I am, but I started really late in life (I'm in my 40's) and I don't think my eyes, brain, or hands can learn as well as if I were younger. I've always adored your style more than any other and I always come back to your channel
@@TheGeekMonster yeah using references are good that's why I'm recommending the 100 heads challenge because of the reference pictures that the creator gathered together on pinterest

taking a break when you are an artist is so important for mental health and really just good to just take a break and not create, it can recharge a person and often helps you come up with new ideas. I should take more breaks, but i'm a workaholic lol

I love sketch book flips! I wish my sketches we as aesthetically pleasing as yours. I erase so much that mine end up looking messy.

Being a workaholic is not worth it. If you're the type to be one, it's even harder to find a balance early on or stop before burn out strikes. :(
