I own a 99 with 450k on the odometer. 5.3L runs strong and shifts great. Just bought a 2nd one, a 00’ very similar to the one in the vid. Same color and interior minus the console. 😊

Sweet truck man and congrats on selling it. I wanted to ask do you ever buy or think about buying the gmt900 platform? I know the gmt800 are more reliable but I’m curious to know if you’ve ever bought and sold any of those gmt900s and how the market is with those.
Good question.. I have only ever sold 2 GMT900 one was a 2011 Cadillac Escalade Platinum edition.. It was a request from my auntie. & a 2009 Chevrolet suburban that I bought from my Grandmother.. so both family related.. if I were to get into GMT900 it would be low mileage only & I would mainly go for the ext cabs as I actually do like the GMT900 ex cab body style.. they will increase in value because they discontinued the suicide door option.. GMT900 is good, they have the same block as GMT800.. you just have to disable the crappy electronics with a chip.. for specifics.. you have to delete the active fuel management 👌🏾
