People fall for such videos and approach overpriced architects even if they have low budget. Then instead of spending 30-40Lakhs, they end up spending 70-80 lakhs by taking loans and selling their other investments. These youtube guys don't care about your savings. Please do not fall for such videos if you have limited budget. You just need a home, not a 5-star resort.
