Apolotion these guides have been amazing and have really helped I’ve learned a few of the hydro pump cancels and my greninja has improved so much thanks to you!
Something I just found out:
You can also input the C-stick aerial mid Hydropump and get the ledge cancel for the battlefiled run off platform. That way, you don't give out what you're about to do.
Stuff like this is why I don't hate Ultimates buffer anymore and now i choose to love it
Greninja ledge cancel is SO COOL if I ever see someone pull off some crazy play using it in a tournament Im gonna lose my mind

I’ve really improved maining greninja but some matchups suck do you have any advice for a secondary

Swordies and projectiles
You honestly don’t need to pick up a secondary for that. There are several ways to deal with projectiles and the counterplay to how they deal with it, you just need to think of the options you can use. And for swords, you generally want to play a more bait and punish heavy play style, since they’re going to be the more aggressive ones with their disjoints and frame data. But if it’s shulk then you can just abuse his mediocre frame data with fast moves.
I wanted to main greninja but thought it was too hard. But I'm going to try again. Do you have advice on how to practice greninja?
focus on movement more than anything. also short hop fair cant be buffered to hit a grounded target. so youll need to learn how to short hop manually if you dont already know how. the ninjas nair is safe on a majority of the roster. and one final thing, dash attack is not safe! lol it might be hard to get out of the habit of throwing dash attack out because of how many things it combos into. i know it was for me, i still catch myself doing it from time to time. but try and reserve the move for catching landing. good luck on your frog and let us know how it goes. 🤙🏼
Watch this guys previous video like part 1. He has guides on how to practice. Most important is learning fast fall fair and fast fall nair cause those are you neutral game. Then just find bees and butter combo videos and practice those. The rest is just playing real games and putting those moves together.

I think this is common knowledge, but I don't see anyone using it offline, it's really useful online if the lag makes a regular trump too hard tho
