Lawson, I love how no-nonsense you are with your fishing. So many fisherman on social media are over-the-top when filming content, acting crazy dramatic and silly the whole time. Especially when it comes to snakeheads - or FrAnKeNfIsH as cornballs say. You stay focused and keep it chill and quiet. You also speak straight facts, no hype or misinformation. Gets so old hearing people say you have to kill snakeheads, for example. That hasn't been true for years and years, but these guys don't even bother to do a simple Google search. You're a breath of fresh air! Thank you, dude!

Love to watch snakehead videos!!!! For sure my favorite fish to target. I went out yesterday and lost count of how many I caught, biggest was like 6-7 lbs. Got a couple large mouths and peacocks too.

There's a huge misunderstanding when it cones to fish being invasive vs nonative. Nonative means not from here without causing harm such as peacock bass. Invasive meaning it's not from here well causing harm. There's plenty of species people think are invasive when in reality there nonative and don't need such a bad rep.

River Monsters did a good job at dispelling a lot of the negative hype that is around snake heads. Jeremy disproved that they were land crawling fish that would kill your pets. It was presented that they are an invasive species that we can't control, which is true. The dig at river monsters is curious, is there anything in the episode that points to a negative sterotype?

If every angler killed every snake head they caught would it even make a dent in their population? 🤷‍♂️
A lot of smart folks claim there isn't anything we can do about them now. Same goes for a lot of invasive species.

@@marksadventurechannel8471 not sure what bass or snapper have to do with the snakehead population, but all right lol pretty sure there’s been a limit on bass and snapper way before snakehead were around
