    I don’t love doing drills, but if you are going to do them, you might as well do them well 😊

    More such drill lessons please! It is easy to find drills and lessons for beginners and intermediate skiers, but for advanced skiers there is not much. Thanks again!

      Low transitions are tiring.... If you watch a FIS WC race...you will actually see that even WC skiers get taller in transition towards the end of the run. They are getting tired!

      @@shooter7a Relaxing the stance ski is much less tiring than extending. It allows an early edge and you don't have to come down hard on your edges.

    All drills except 5th have too many things to focus on and that kinda does not look good. They have too many movements of too many body parts. Not that I'm complaining but is n't it against the main idea/basis of a drill to focus on limited number of things in order to get them better?

      Complex drills have their place. If your athletes are not ready for them, break these down to the simple base drill and then have them progress to more complex drills outlined here. ie. Base Javelin drill to picture frame javelin to airplane Javelin.

      To me it seems they are all quite manageable if you already have some racing background.

      They are aggragations of single drills (like hybdrids). So if your beginning start with a single drill and add new things while doing the same drill.

      @@JB91710 You might think so, yet they have been helpful to me, that is all that really matters. Maybe, just maybe, you simply don't have the level to put them to use.
