Mine had a little side to side,tuned the pivot,got it out.Btw,I've got around thirty mid to high ends,and either you got a lemon,or you don't know your shietI have several protechs,and as far as the magic goes,I've seen several reveiws on it,(one by Nicke Shabazz),that mentioned side to side on the authenic one,but if you have up and down,yeah,that sucks,return it
