I've been doing yoga with you for about a year I guess. But have missed from Tuesday to this morning. Tuesday morning at 3am the sheriff's department knocked on my door and told me the mom and pop store that I'd owned since 2001 was engulfed in flames. Since that moment I've slept little worked hard tried to keep a smile on and put one foot in front of the other. Those are my plans again today with the exception of starting it with yoga and you. This is my safe place. It's what I've needed for my body and mind. Thank you for being there for me.

I really love your practice. Been practicing with you for about 5yrs now. I have degenerative disc disease and your are my source for relief. I'm currently just started another session of physical therapy for a pinch sciatic on right side while at the same time a pinch nerve in my left neck and shoulder with tingling down the arm. This is why I just followed this video. If you know of some more affecting ways for getting relief please share. I rather give you 30 a visit than therapy ☺
this helped a lot, i have a bad habit of coming home tired from working at a grocery store and all i want to do is lie in bed. it's been causing severe stiffness and pain in my neck, upper back and shoulders. i'm trying to build good habits and these short videos really help me get in the habit of doing self-care instead of just giving in to my exhaustion and worsening the problem.
I played multiple games of volleyball with my students yesterday and this old body felt it big time when I climbed out of bed. This was exactly what I needed first thing this morning. One of the more specific focused 15 minutes for the neck and shoulder and it really, really helped. Thank you.

Good stretches. If I put my fingers on my shoulders and roll my shoulders back it relieves the muscle spasm on my right upper back. Any other stretches that would help that?
i was rear ended by a drunk driver a few years back. it takes very little to cause stress to my neck and back, which always leads to a horrible headache. following you in this video took away my headache i have been dealing with today. Thank you for being so easy to follow. i love how you explain why the flows you are doing are important.
My neck was really hurting badly. I have Scoliosis and R.A. I enjoyed this work out. I definitely created space. The pain has eased up a great deal. I can not do the hand under the arm stretch though. My hands are not normal any more because of the Rheumatoid Arthritis. I wonder if there is a moderated version of that stretch. Thank you.
Cole, I just found your vids. Thank you so much! A question for this sequence, if I may? How to modify the fingers in the armpit. Is it better to have the hand lower on the ribs, yet focusing on eventually having the fingers straight up and down and more fully into the armpit area? My flexibility is lacking at the moment and right now my hand is about at my waist and my fingers are pointing more toward my stomach. Thanks in advance. I am really enjoying all the vids that I have seen thus far.
