Hey Lowlander! Razer has an updated wireless version of your old mouse, called the Naga Pro! I've been using mine for a while and it's just as good as the original imo :)

I have the same old Kraken headset! It's an amazingly resilient headset with only two problems --- It can become uncomfortable during long use and contact to the braided cable creates vibrations that are audible in the headphones. Despite this, I envision myself using it for years to come.
Am I the only one here who is amazed by the fact that he uses all 12 BUTTONS on his mouse?
No but the fact that he was usinf the same gear for 7 years amazed me.

ik you probably arent gonna see this but the thing that comes with the keyboard you can also put under your keyboard so that its at an angle so you can type better and for a longer time without getting wrist pains

Razer truly is the best company. In 2014 I was turned away from them initially because my first mouse was a Razer Taipan with a Lazer sensor and I was unhappy with its performance, but since my old logitech mouse broke I got the viper mini, followed by a blackshark v2x and a blackwidow v3 and slowly ALL of my gear is switching to Razer. This company REALLY stepped up there game. They deserve all the praise they get, theyre a great company.
all of their stuff is overpriced and mediocre, you can get better stuff from different companies for less money

Razer has been my first gaming brand since around the time of the Razer Phone. 3 years later, I’ve gotten the Nari, Mamba Elite, and the Blade 15 Advanced laptop. I plan to get a Razer mouse (along with a mouse pad) and headset to replace my current ones. Hope all goes well with your experience.

The “thing” that cane with the keyboard is a wrist rest. I like to use one when I play, because my keyboard unlike that keyboard has no sort of wrist wrest. That razar keyboard has a bit of a slope for your hand.

I have Razer everything in my setup. I love their products. Only thing I dislike is Synapse software- everytime Windows updates it causes all my Razer stuff to go haywire and I have to go into Synapse (usually crashes 3-4 times first) and then it'll fix itself. But yes, the products themselves are amazing and you can find them heavily discounted all the time. Great video!

I never had much luck with razer, it always felt cheaper or had some form of quality issue (terrible mic, mouse grip falling apart, uncomfortable earphones) but I will admit it wasn't THAT bad, at least it looked pretty. It doesn't help I usually custom build stuff to my liking, so I might be just too picky lol
I’m the same way. Have used a Razer BlackWidow and the Kraken headset. KB was my brothers hand-me-down and it was the only thing I knew at the time so it was fine but still cheap. And the Kraken was just awful. I had used a Steelseries headset that broke and I got the Kraken for cheaper and I wanted to give Razer a real chance. Returned them immediately and spent the more money on the better Steelseries headset.

for mechanical keyboards it’s all different, it depends what switches you are using. the ones in the keyboard are a blue or something equal to a blue switch. you can get much better switches that are quieter
it's not equivelant to blue it's much louder and has better travel. my friend has blues and I have the razer blackwidow.
@@hakanbarr2474 Razer switches literally have almost the exact same travel distance as gaetron switches, and some cherry mx switches have even lower travel distances. Travel distance isn’t even that important tbh, most switches have travel distances of around 4mm, the differences differ at most around 1mm. My brother owns a razer blackwidow chroma with green razer switches, and a wormier k87 with gaetron blue switches, they have barely any noticable sound differences.

I'm saving my money to buy some razor gear as well, the quality is so good and the price is reasonable and your cat Sara is so wholesome and cute :D
Pls dont buy razer I promise you their products are very bad compared to logitech corsair etc. And the quality kinda sucks and I wouldn't say it is really afordable for the price because the products kinda suck

And I agree, it's pretty hard to switch if you're using the same gear for 7 years.
If you can’t hear yourself, know windows has a feature where it will play what your mic picks up back to you. When you can already hear yourself this gets a little weird like an echo, but if you can’t hear yourself or anything around you, it’s really helpful. It’s like when people are giving a speech, they have what goes into their mic play into their earbuds, so they can hear but the fans are hearing.

During the past years, I've come to realize that "Gaming" keyboards and headphones are not a thing. Many good stereo headphones beat the gaming branded headphones by a mile.. also keyboards, Gaming brands have noticable lower quality and much more rattle compared to other mechanical keyboards like say anne pro 2. Mouse, however makes quite a difference and I believe that Razer makes the best mice and for mice, that "Gaming" tag actually means something but if you're reading this and you're planning to buy some peripherals, please do some research before purchasing a headphone or keyboard and don't just go for Razer, Corsair and Logitech just because they are the famous ones

I would like to talk about the point of mechanical keyboards making "a lot of sound". I'm sure this has been stated before, but not all switches are clicky. Most newer users to mechs will gravitate to clicky switches, but there are silent switches, which are quieter than a membrane, feel better than a membrane, and of course, have more responsiveness than membrane. Common linear switches are in red, although I would recommend to newer users to look into gateron yellows. they are pretty cheap, and are buttery smooth, while not being loud.

The fact that you preferred an older mouse (with a cable) over one of the 'best' e sports mice just proves that it is not the gear that makes a player good it's their practice and determination.
Or its the muscle memory and not liking change, and going with what you are familiar with. Honestly makes sense,, Naga is a heavier and ergo mouse, the rvu is a ambi lightweight mouse, different shapes, plus a battery can throw wired people off because the weight balancing is uneven due to the battery.

I love this video and I am pretty sure other people told you about this but mechanical keyboards have switches in them and there are thousands of other switches. Some don't have a click and are smooth and silent. And yea there4 is just tons of other switches than the razor greens which are in your keyboard.

To anyone thinking about getting a mechanical keyboard; go for it. You can customize it to be loud, quiet, clicky, thocky(deep), clacky(high pitched but not clicky) tactile(bump like clicky but no click), or you can get a scratchy poor excuse for a tactile and get mx browns 🤠👍
I don’t think the V2 Pro makes things completely silent. That’s a very high bar which good ANC headphones even struggle to meet. I have the wired version, so unless the V2 Pro has ANC the headset itself doesn’t really block out that much sound for a closed back headphone.
Ive had a razer blackwidow 2016 ultimate for about two years, i liked it until i got into custom keyboards, then it died. honestly i use a huntsman TE linear now just because of its "Optical" switches but im honestly never going back to normal mechanical switches, especially with razer
my biggest issue with razer headphone is they cancel to much background sound, but razer is a decent brand. use corsair now, better quality.
razers are pretty nice though i do prefer custom or prebuilts like you would see on youtubers videos who are in the mechanical market. for the mouse i dont really care it just depends like do you like it light weight or do you need more buttons for macros or other things. for the headset idk like corsair or even razer is good or intel i dont really know a lot about those.

razer never lasted two years with me, gave up on razer at the very start, they must ve improved because their shit would b broken very fast, switched to logitech g502 and ducky keyboard and much better tbh
I just bought the black widow pro v3 and man is that click satisfying. Definitely a razer fanboi I have the basilisk mouse w the doc, black widow v3, chroma mousepad, and I just got the raptor 165htz. Oof is it a dope setup

What's crazy is it looks like we lived the same childhood!! On my 15th birthday in 2014 my mother brought me to best buy and allowed me to pick the same exact keyboard and mouse that you had there! The only difference is I'm still using those same exact products to this day! Lol
I know that this is kind of a polemical opinion, but there are way better options for keyboards, I have the Gamakay k61 Pro, a mechanical keyboard, that has full rgb and gateron switches of your choice and it also has rgb on the sides, has integrated memory for macros, you can change what most keys do while holding the fn button and the configuration without the software is good enough, the stabilizers sound beautiful and it has wireless connection via Bluetooth and a Receptor and has a detachable usb cable ¿How much it costs? 90 dollars, how much does a wired, non detachable regular usb, no integrated memory and terrible stabilizer sound RAZER keyboard cost? 120 dollars, the only positive is that RGB is slightly more configurable, buy you must have the razer synapse app open at all times

Just to say, not all mechanical keyboards are clicky... it depends of ur switch color:
Blue : Clicky
Red : "normal/ nothing so "special to it"
Brown : u nearly dont hear any thing

This just feels disingenuous, razer synapse is probably one of the worst softwares ive ever used for gaming gear. And the razer viper ultimate is a great mouse, but it needs to be charged quite often, unlike your statement
you just have a clicky keyboard. not all mechanical keyboards are that loud. i prefer linear switches. most people don't even like clicky. its either linear or tactile.
Razer kaira pro ps5 is fire!!! The haptics are great use them on low and eq set to amplified and wow. It’s super positional and sounds great. Quality! As far as Bluetooth the music and movies are great where the haptic act as extra bass without distorting the sound because it isn’t actually coming from the speakers. So with them both they make it feel or sound super premium! The mic is great and the built in mic is like any Bluetooth mic. They work while charging and charge super fast! Although I get a good 15 hours with lights off and haptic on low volume at max.
guys the blackshark pro is not actually that much good.I think logitech g pro x does much more job.
I can say that the headphones are not that good but the keyboard and mouse are their specialty. Blackwidow V3 and Razer Viper mini with Goliath Mousepad user here.
Mechanical keyboards don't always make a lot of sound just razer ones do because they have a lot of rattle and clicky switches
