One thing I’m going to say that really pisses me off to no end. I have Mac. and you can not reset with Mac.
To make it worse I called Epson directly and basically they said pound sand, we will send to a list of authorized repair companies and guess what? There is not one in Arizona! Now will I buy another Epson product? Heck no! But I might get a stinking Widows computer of which I will use for situations such as this! Epson sucks wind!

It is, but it requires you to restart the printer immediately after

He is right, Firmware is a binary input; factory reset means also a rollback to the old firmware; which is not included by this process.... 👏👏👏👏
