- When they baptized their mom and a spirit manifested, they suddenly saw that this was not the Holy Spirit!
We should not go against the Holy Spirit or put God in a box. But at the same time, we should discern what spirits we are seeing and we are called to cast out demons. Listen to the amazing testimony of Justin and Brooke. How they came from the baptist church and were at that time against the Holy Spirit, because they have put God in a box. But then the received the Holy Spirit and their life got changed. But then they started in charismatics circles where they experience things like being “drunk in the spirit”, “slain in the Spirit” and many other things. They felt something was wrong but because of their background they did not want to make the same mistake and put God in a box.
But then God started to open their eyes and saw that much of what they saw was demonic and something that needed to be cast out. And one day when they baptized Brookes mom, and a spirit manifested they saw this was not God and they cast it out. Now they have seen more that 200 people set free!
We pray that this video will open your eyes and get discernment when it is the Holy Spirit, when it is flesh and when it are demonic spirits.
Let’s serve God in the power of the Holy Spirit, and heal the sick, cast out demons and see life transform.

This is a great topic. I made a pledge to go into the quiet place and meet with GOD by faith for 90 days! In that journey I was praying for God to kill everything in me that was not of Him. Well guess what? There I was in prayer crying out for Him to purify me, change me, I just want to be like Jesus All of a sudden my head started shaking my mouth was foaming I felt clutches around my neck choking me yet something was coming out of me. When I was released of this spirit I asked God what that was and He spoke and told me it was a religious spirit that had been in our family line for many generations. Christians can have demons but God is so happy to deliver us 😇♥️

Yes, and Phillipians 1.9: "And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment". And we know God is love, so being with him increase many things, also discernment :) Two ways to have fellowship with God is to read the Bilble (Faith comes by hearing) and pray in the spirit (Pray always in the spirit building your self up in your most holy faith). If you see this pray that I may increase in the fellowship with Jesus Christ!

Amen! And remember the Bible is alive and Living so each time you read it, you gleam, new truth and new life from it. I accepted Christ in young childhood, but this video was truly awakening for me!! I realized I wasn’t interpreting and discerning the actual fruits, and how the manifestions themselves were not of the true Holy Spirit, but the false one or the flesh!! I always thought it was God but now see why it seemed off or like I kept searching and searching for more! God has led me on this journey and I am so grateful for his double edged sword, sharp weapon of truth we have in His holy word and for the makers of this video!
It is also important to teach people how to stay free once they're delivered.
Once you've been set free you need to walk close to the Lord. Read your bible, spent time with the Lord. You can't watch horror movies, are participate in Halloween, live sexual unclean, get angry and rage, refuse to forgive. These things can open a spiritual door for demons to possess you again.

Anger, lust and tempting thoughts have been my weakness. I received the Holy Spirit, felt our Lord close to me and it took a lot of fasting, prayer and asking for forgiveness but ever since then I feel as if I have had different struggles and it has been harder to walk with our Lord. It's almost as if I'm constantly attacked to make me stumble.

This is mind blowing for me!! Thank you SO MUCH. So many answers to the ten million questions and deception I’ve been mulling in for 25 years…. Thank you JESUS I AM FREE! Truth is in the fruits - we must rise up and lead others to this TRUTH!
I also received the Holy Spirit when I was in the middle of a church service, after having repented and given my life to Jesus in the days before hand, in the privacy of my room...just me and Him. I was in the service of the church I grew up in, the RC church and the scriptures were coming alive to me and I suddenly began to speak in tongues (Hebrew) and it was a quiet time in the service. I actually quenched the gift of tongues and didn't speak in tongues again until I was in my 50's and watching the Last Reformation movie in my home. I was sitting on a stool and my right foot was being moved around and the bones went "crick crick crick", like someone had their hand on my foot and was rearranging the bones. Then the Holy Spirit poured in, in a dramatic way and I began to speak in tongues. For about 2 weeks, the Holy Spirit would rush out of my mouth in prayer over places I passed in my car. It was incredible. I felt the wind of the spirit. So amazing. I understand that the Holy Spirit goes where it will and does what it chooses. Discernment is an on-going process, when spiritual forces are at work. I have to test the spirits every day.

I feel like people use the word "repent" and "confess" interchangeably, but aren't they two different things? You can confess things but still keep doing them, but a true repentance means you do it no longer
Bobbo825 , yeah in my opinion they are two different thing too. Confessing is something we do thru word of mouth and repentance is something we do in action. Also, repentance is when we understood what we ought to do and so we practice it. Peace to all of us.

@FreedomInTruth repentance is simply changing your mind. You can want to buy black shoes but then repent & buy blue shoes. Repentance is not changing your life. God repented many times in the old testament so if it meant changing your life then it means God changed His life which we know isn't true.
@Bobbo825 You're right. I've been guilty of lumping them together. While confession can be the first step to repenting. Repentance is changing your mind and therefore doing the opposite of the things you've confessed.
@@Rob__James I see where you're coming from here. Not to dispute or revile against you. When we look up the meaning of words, we often see there is a definition 1, 2, 3 etc. Words do not only carry one meaning. Furthermore when you change you mind about doing something, you change what you do instead of what you were doing or what you were going to do. Put in context, if you change your mind about getting drunk, you would stop drinking to the point of drunkenness. The result of that "repentance" potentially keeps you for getting arrested for drinking and driving, domestic violence, being careless, etc etc. I think that's pretty life changing. Pastor Derrick Prince teaches in his ministry that Christians can have demons. And until people are free from them they can’t be healed . I believe this is why maybe in church today many are not healed . Because the church does not believe you can be filled with the Holy Ghost and still have demons or family curses that have not been broken off or demons cast out . And that we allow because we do things , watch things that are demonic and may not even know .
Thanks for sharing!! I listened to a lot of Derick Prince when I encountered the Lord and I know his stuff well. I never quite connected the dots of the relationship of having/demons and not receiving healing. That's very insightful and I think there's something to that...If a sickness/disease is caused by a demon. You can't very well tell the demon to be healed right? You have to cast it out in order to receive your healing...

It’s good to hear this video and see that others know the truth . So many more can be free . Iv been filled since 1989 and struggled for over 20 yrs with things and couldn’t understand why . I would ask how can I feel like this or think things or not be able to over come and have The Holy Spirit too . But When I hear Pastor Prince and prayed for myself rebuked and cast out anything that was not of Christ. I screamed and let out something .
He said even if close family members had ties to the Masons or witchcraft etc you could carry curses .

AMEN: Test all spirits, discernment is a gift from God. The woman in the interview was raised in a Baptist church who was taught against speaking in a heavenly language. She never learned about the Holy Spirit and after she repented, but she was not being discipled. She felt like she lacked something as she read scripture. She cried out one day, the Presence of God, the Holy Spirit came upon her. She began operating in the gift of tongues. Her husband only knew the Lord based on intellect while she laid hands and people got healed. She prayed for her husband for 4 years, her husband would preach but without the power of the Holy Spirit. The couple went to the Philippines and people were being slain in the Spirit, or not. The husband prayed for someone who screamed in terror. The Holy Spirit was there, but the one he was praying for screamed because the Holy Spirit was calling out a demon. The woman was a Christian in church and screaming in terror. The couple went to Africa to be trained as a missionary. In a learning environment he witnessed a Christian woman foaming at the mouth and growling. Can a Christian have demons? Yes Christians can be deceived to believe they are saved. Speaking in tongues, or having a joyful is not a sign of the Holy Spirit. Does NOT feel right in your spirit, stop and ASK for discernment. Deliverance occurs, but when the Holy Spirit is working, there is no fear, no growling. We see healings take place, blind eyes are opened, but manifestations that cause you fear are to be questioned. Young people desire to be slain by the Spirit and experience holy laughter. IF NOT FROM GOD, we must TEST the spirits. NO CONDEMNATION, but we must see past the emotions. Do you want to be drunk in the spirit, or do you want to be a CARRIER of the HOLY SPIRIT and be His instrument we must YIELD to the TRUTH through discernment. Touched by the Holy Spirit but bound by the LUST of the flesh with a mind that continues to crave sexual experiences, or manifestations of the spirit and signs and wonders. A shaking is not a sober experience. Self-control is a fruit of the Spirit. A gay man testified that when the Holy Spirit came upon on him, he was delivered immediately from being gay. He testified that prior to his conversion his mind was focused on sex, but after his mind was focused on Jesus. Self-control was the fruit of the Holy Spirit that allowed him to walk away from his perversion of mind.

Kundalini spirit has entered Pentecostal churches. They prophesy,perform miracles but follow things of the world.
@@justinamusyoka4986 Yes, I was involved with the Pentecostal church for at least 17 yrs..very wary now. Think I'd feel safer in the Baptist church but they can be so religious. We're supposed to be FREE..not religious. On the positive side because of my experience there are things I've learnt. Very wary of Kundalini spirit. Went to Rodney Howard Brown in the mid 90s and it was like a circus..never ever seen anything in my life like it before or since. But people really think it's from God. Pentecostals believe they are the Christians who really know where it's at.
@@joolspools777 very true,i used to think the likes of Rodney Howard had the most anointing by one touch a person falls down and in most cases backwards.They usually touch the forehead,the chest or stomach which are the connecting points for kundalini to slay someone.
I noted such pastors only join the service when about to start touching people,the rest of the time are in secret rooms.
I had moved from denomination to denomination always finding something unbiblical. I started searching yt names of God in Hebrew and finally have settled to unlearn and learn what these christian churches dont even know.

This is very true I was delivered of my addiction and let my guard down a few months later and it snuck back in I still battle it today
jonathan hamilton: yeah one thing no one ever talks about in regards to deliverance is one the spirits are kicked out, you can get them BACK again! If you do what got them there in the first place! That's something no one ever talks about and it ticks me off, because that's real important to know going into it.
It means you have to continue to stand and fight and have a good social support system, even if that is only AA. Addiction is such a powerful disease that often we cannot shake it alone. The Spirit can help us, but we have to have the strength to not fall back. But never give up hope or trying. You can always ask for more prayer or help.
Hi Jonathan, there is a Christian 12 step program called Overcomers which is similar to AA. The difference being it's God centered and will benefit you greatly. Over Comers meetings are usually held in church but not all churches have it but i'm sure you can google it. I hope you find this helpful. Don't forget to ask the Holy Spirit to help you. I've found a couple one in Phoenix called hardcore christianity and restoration church in Houston Texas if you know people that need well balanced deliverance.

The “check” in my spirit is what has brought me here. The church I attend is experiencing all of these manifestations (laughing, decreeing/declaring, numbers, signs, falling out).. I attended one of these events about four years ago and something powerful happened to me. At the time I thought it was being baptized in the spirit. I had already been a Christian for many years. I now have this constant sense where I can feel or discern things in a supernatural way. Over the past few years I have come to realize that there is a counterfeit spirit infiltrating the church.. this has caused me to wonder if I received a different spirit. I don’t know what to do.
I've always questioned the churches around me. I was baptized but I always felt something is missing. Now I know that my discernment wasn't just me overthinking. Though I was baptized, I struggled so much living a new life. I fell out terribly, I became worse in sin. I never understood why that is, I thought to myself that if I was born again, why haven't I changed enough and why did I become worse. I want to receive the truth, and it's always been my prayer that the truth be known to me. Here I am now. I need to re dedicate my life to the true Jesus. It's sad, my country is filled with false spirits and false teaching. Oh my! only Jesus can save.

Deliverance is real. God set me free from severe anxiety in one single nite of prayer for healing and deliverance through FAITH which is the secret ingredient!!! God's Word is true and the spirit will teach you - just ask and seek.
How did I do it? I rebuked the root of the problem and called it out by name starting with FEAR. (But I called many out by name)

I grew up in the church and it was a pentecostal one...I eventually went to this charismatic Bible college in the late '70s and saw and experienced these situations. I find it refreshing to hear your message. It is so true. I agree that many times it is just a fleshly thing and not of God. I will follow and watch you in the future. thanks for your ministries.

It is sooo hard to tell though! Believe me I was trying to decern for 10 years, but these people are doing good works with a false Spirit. The manifestations didn't sit right with me, but everything else seemed good. I just kept praying Lord I want your Spirit, but if this is not you I don't want it. I finally listened to that uneasiness and spent 6 months researching! and got far away from those with false Holy Spirit!
We've been saved & filled with Holy Spirit 30 + years in holiness church.Also, saw community that emphasized The Word of God, but focused on prosperity & "Holy Laughter". Saw true Holy Spirit & yet saw flesh, & some that needed deliverance, as well. When in doubt, cast it out! Amazing discussion. I have been praying and seeking all week to understand why all these manifestations are happening and what they are. This is the only video i could find that answered my question. When The Holy Spirit moves we need to discern what is demonic and needs casting out. Its like Gods been trying to bring revival but we fall in love with demonic manifestations and are not aware that the demons are reacting and need to be discerned and cast out... not seek them. thankyou so much

Where did you get your teaching that no woman can work miracles? First of all no man or woman work the work of God with out God living in them. Great discussion, thanks for sharing. Everything you have said is true as I have learned and observed through 50 years of Christianity,scripture and prayer. Our flesh and demons are both deceivers, so test all things just as scripture teaches, God is never offended if we need confirmation or education about truth. But know there is nothing so wonderful as a new full life in Jesus Christ and the life changing infilling and baptism of the Holy Spirit. If the real thing wasn't promised to us the enemy wouldn't try to deceive by the counterfit Love this ministry, your in my prayers

This such an important teaching . Deception is so wide spread the Devil can and does come as an Angel of Light. I was in the Occult and witnessed many miraculous healings and words of knowledge . I now see some of the came type of "techniques " used in churches . Every believer should read Evan Roberts book War on the Saints , during the Welsh revival he witnessed many demonic manifestations side by side with a true movement of the Holy Spirit.

Torben, thanks for making and sharing this video, and thank you for trying to present it in a balanced, multifaceted way. I agree that there are certainly people in the Church who have had the experiences talked about in this video and they've been prompted by the demonic. But remember also that one of the enemy's favorite tactics is to copy and distort what God is doing, either to lure people off course or scare them away completely from that thing that God is doing. I've seen you give testimonies about people speaking in false tongues on multiple occasions, but thankfully you didn't them draw the conclusion that all tongues are demonic. That is a case where the enemy is counterfeiting something that is actually from God. No counterfeiters make counterfeit pennies. They only counterfeit things that are valuable. I think that's one of the reasons that we see counterfeit healing in the form of energy healing techniques like reiki, "healing touch", and others. The fact that people do something that looks like healing but is really demonic doesn't in any way make real, Holy Spirit-powered healing any less authentic, legitimate, real, or good. The Bible says that there will be false prophets and false teachers, but that doesn't in any way detract from teaching and prophecy that is inspired by the Holy Spirit. This is part of the reason why the Holy Spirit gives us the supernatural gift of discerning of spirits, a.k.a. discernment (not to be confused with suspicion or logical reasoning): because it's not always a trivial matter to discern in the moment what is behind a particular manifestation. Yes, you can definitely examine the fruit over time, and that is perfectly valid. But that doesn't always help in the moment. If it's God, it's better not to interrupt it, and if it's demonic or the flesh, then it's best to put an end to it (on an case-by-case basis, not as a whole). As for people falling out, there are clear biblical examples of that happening, with Daniel and John. I think it would be a real stretch to assume that they were getting delivered. Also, when the Temple was dedicated and the priests could not stand to minister, I don't think it was because they were going through mass deliverance.
When Moses threw down Aaron's staff and it became a serpent, the fact that Pharaoh's sorcerors did the same thing didn't make what Moses did demonic. When he turned the Nile to blood, the fact that Pharaoh's sorcerors could duplicate it didn't make what he did demonic. Let's not fall for the enemy's tired old tactics in this case, either. Don't throw the baby out with the bath water. There may be many people who have experienced holy laughter and don't have obvious fruit in their life to show for it, but there are also many people who do have obvious fruit to show for it. God works in many ways, and not just the ones that we are comfortable with. So let's walk with Him wherever He goes, and let's exercise true Holy Spirit discerning of spirits the whole way.
I am glad you brought this up. This topic has been discussed by others (mostly from cessationists) I’m for covering all bases. I am sure that that a little flesh is inevitable at times. Hopefully we have enough liberty to seek and experience Holy Spirit, and when we “misstep” we have the Word and the body of Christ that can “berean” us (not the heretic hunter type) back on track. I’m glad that at least we are discussing this more openly from a charismatic perspective.

Great video! I love the humility here and the emphasis on balance with care to be discerning, prayerful, and taking it all to God without fear or judgment. I also LOVE that you call out some of the behavior (while still sharing real Holy Spirit moments) without naming a specific church or denomination. I have met several people who have shared experiences not even mentioned here that I had a bit of a check over, but I KNOW these people love God and are saved. When a whole group is labeled, it often poisons our perspective to consider it all demonic and/or turn our backs on some genuine brothers and sisters. I think it also fuels fear and criticism which can both pollute our giftings, including discernment. We are all in process. You treated this with gentleness and care today, while confronting it head on... Thank you for being iron. I feel sharpened and I pray that others watching will be sharpened well by it, too! I believe Kenneth Hagan was one of the ones who influenced the church concerning the demonic 'holy laughter' and also influenced Kenneth Copeland who has gone onto 'Doctrines of Demons': ie., Prosperity Gospel, that Jesus did not accomplish our salvation on the cross but had to go to hell where he was raped by demons and beaten etc., and that he was not fully divine but only after being born again after being tortured by demons etc. This is the fruit of allowing demons place in your heart and life as a Christian.

Brother Torben, something very similar happened to my daughter when I started praying over her, she is ill with severe pain and seizures and neurological disorders but if you see her you can not tell... when I was praying over her and said over her and while touching her forehead “I rebuke this in the name of Jesus” she was laughing but not a normal calm laugh it scared me to the point I stopped me in my tracks, I never expected this! I don’t think I wasn’t strong enough in the Lord to keep praying. I was alone with her and I got so very scared. It’s been like 2 years since that happened I have prayed with her and she did give her life to Christ, but this disease is still taking her life from moving forward. I think this is brilliant and needs to be said, however I do feel its important to not throw the baby out with the bathwater... I remember Derek Prince sharing his testimony and he said that, in his army barracks he had an encounter with the Holy Spirit where he was lying on his back and could not stop laughing for a long time. This was his conversion experience.. no one prayed for him. He then said he wanted to find such a thing in the bible and the next day the Lord showed him Psalm 126:2... 'our mouths were filled with laughter'. I also have had a couple of experiences of being really touched by the Holy Spirit where I was both sobbing and laughing at the same time. No one laid hands on me.. it was simply the Holy Spirit and after these times I felt so free in the Lord.. / more clarity and hunger for Him.. also with more of a desire to pray. I think a key thing is to seek first the Lord and NOT the experience. Also.. most importantly.. is it biblical! Difficult days we live in!
Sally Davidson I agree. To me, it’s just as wrong to say that “manifestations” are proof that there are demons causing them, as it is to say that manifestations prove that Holy Spirit is moving. Yes, certain ones are obviously demonic, and if someone’s life is not transformed that’s clearly a lack of good fruit. To me, so much of this begs for far greater discernment in the Body of Christ.
Same thing happened to me after my baptism. I had a joy from the Lord. He turned my mourning into joy and asked me to trust him and I knew and still know it is God.
To me, your experience seems legit and different than that of Derek Price. He laughed uncontrollably, while you probably had mixed feelings of repentance, gratitude and joy, which naturally resulted in sobbing and laughing, but in a controlled manner. I can't accept the wild "holy laughter" as a true gift of the Spirit.
But we have to consider that when Jesus was being tempted in the desert, the Devil used _scipture_ (taken out of context) to defend himself! It is very important to do our own research. The passage you stated was taken out of context and there is no mention of “holy laughter” in the New Testament after the Pentecost. So be cautious and do your own research. The battle against negativity and evil while in this material/physical world is never ending. I got to a point in my life where after many, many years of seeking and searching then crying out to God with all of my heart.....then repenting of each and every sin I could think of and remember....and then a few nights later while laying in bed saying to myself, there is good and bad in EVERYTHING and I CHOOSE GOOD......and BAM!!!! my head filled with what felt like electric currents running all over inside my head, my arms were paralyzed, I saw what looked like golden glitter from my eyes.....I was terrified!! The very top of my head was tingling after that and I felt blissful. That lasted for approx 2 weeks....and I felt like I was being reminded through my family member of things I have done wrong (and forgot about and left out of my repentance) and as I got through most.....one day instead of repenting with my sister over the phone about an incident, I stood my ground and continued to disagree with her and become angry. Then BAM!!! the top of my head began to ache and I could feel the "blissfullness" leave my body. I was heartbroken and immediately knew I did something wrong. I felt ashamed of myself. I hope that I am given another chance to prove that I have learned and grown. I thank God for my foundation in learning about Christ and I now know that each and every day is a "test" a "testament" to God of my worthiness and my dedication. I still struggle, but I have grown for sure. Thanks so much for these videos!!!! They are so very helpful. And I see why people are asking if this couple has a website or ministry because people in churches are still seeking and not finding.

I agree. There are definite times a holy laughter and joy and healing comes from the Lord. However I don't think that was clarified in the video. This is why we must draw near to the Lord to have His discernment.
So much of what you talked about is part of my daily life , living in Africa . The things you described are all true . This is the danger as far as I can understand , people truly believe that what they see , hear and experience are of the Holy Spirit , they will not let go of the demon spirit and will do anything to get it back after they have been delivered. The part about the woman that got raped by a demon , that is also very true . Many women complain about the same thing and desperately seek help , but the sad truth is they are almost never believed . Even sadder , the labourers are few and far between.
Ive heard that two-thirds of the law cases in certain parts of Africa are still about witchcraft ("my neighbor put a hex on my goat"). Similar in places like Papua-New Guinea, huge amounts of witchcraft are still being practiced in these tribal cultures.
Africans are very aware of the Spirit world around them. That's why many churches are filled with Christians casting and binding demons from their lives every Sunday only to do it next Sunday.
Run from such assemblies because they'll corrupt your imagination and cause you to live in fear and not in your new identity as a child of God.
The challenge really is that extremely few people ever preach the gospel of the Kingdom which is the gospel about the Holy Spirit, how he moves and how he can transform our lives till we bear fruits. We're used to the religious thing of putting in efforts and for me, it took being baptized by the Holy Spirit to realise that no amount of works could give me the kind of transformation he brought in to my life.
Each person can receive the Holy Spirit if we pray for them even from a distance and God can cast out devils from them without someone actually laying hands.
I've been to meetings where pastors feel under the pressure to perform and give the congregation an emotional experience of God. I saw people become emotional and I knew I already have the Holy Spirit but I still wondered if what they were experiencing was the Holy Spirit, so then imagine someone who has had no true encounter with God.
The reality is that this kind of pressure is driving pastors to seek Voodoo Powers and many pastors around the world are coming to West Africa and Nigeria in particular to get marine spirits from people like TB Joshua in order to mesmirize their congregation.
I too want to preach the simple gospel that makes sense to people and magnifies the actual power of God and causes them to seek the same Holy Spirit from God himself in order to be set free, transformed, walk in power and preach the gospel of the Kingdom to others.

Thank you so much for discribing the signs of these manifestations in such detail. It takes me back to things in the past I was uncertain of. I remember early on in my walk of faith I was at a church who would try to catch or knock out people in the spirit which often seemed wrong and never happened to me like some of the people we would pray for at the alter. Often it may have been a fleshly thing because the services made it look like this was supposed to always happen. During this time I wasn't completely set free as I am now. It wasn't untill I chose to fully give up my life and go anywhere God wanted me that my spirit and life transformed. I agree so much with your end statement of read and study the word for yourself 💗 God shows us the truth when we pray and seek in the word. There are so many false teachings out there. I confess I myself falsely preached by following trends and using scripture to back up my own conceptual understandings and ideas. Even when your praying for God to lead you in making a statement or message make sure also that the words you create are God's plans and of Jesus his word otherwise, we just like false leaders can unintentionally make our own way misleading others and ourselves away from God. I feel u .... Before I was baptized... There's something with me are lacking.. and my spirit always convict me.. but I always ignore it... One day I said to the Lord.. Lord I want to follow u.. pls help me how to through it... When that moment I surrender everything.. I heard the voice very clearly it says.. God loves u... I'm so overwhelmed... 😭😭😭 And now I finally free that's sin that I'm lacking... ..

Thank God for you guys. The church that I belong is original from Angola, Africa. And we learned all of this teaching, about the Spirit of God, discernment, and we're talking a lot about repentance,thats the basic we learned. I am thankful for my leadership.
Just keep in mind HolySpirit wants to bless our flesh, any other spirit does the opposite. Yes, now you are thinking i said life in the flesh no, i said flesh. Jesus reconciled the creation and God wants to bless it by taking it back to His posession.
