@@AlonzoHarris235Jesus wasn't born of a virgin to "forgive sins". He was born of a virgin in order to fulfill a prophesy so we would recognize Him. He fulfilled tens dozens of messianic prophesies. God knows we are curious and inquisitive and most of us don't blindly believe in things. We need proof.
The prophesies were the overwhelming proof that the apostles and disciples needed to believe Christ is God. And then they witnessed Him perform innumerable miracles that are only possible of God.
He told us repeatedly who He is.

I 4get his name, but there's videos about his conversion. I believe he said it took him around 3 or 4 years to convert to christianity. But eventually he started to see all the fallacies he was committing against Christianity. As all God's sheep know his voice.
But he is just one out of 1000s of Muslims, that proves how muslims really don't know their own religion.
Once a person has an open heart, & is really willing to listen, without always arguing 1st. To be slow to speak.
Then they will start to see, how we all must stick to our very same standards we hold to
when we debate anyone.
Bc once we start asking the right questions to someone willing to actually engage in a conversation. Then a person will start seeing how their own position doesn't work. Of course if they hold to the same standards & be consistent in their arguments. Then take those same standards & put them against their own religion, & ideologies. Then the truth will always prevail 100% of the time.
We just have a hard time swallowing our pride. Which makes us hold to our presuppositions.
I believe the Verbatim/ Exact Word Fallacy, the Definist/ Continuum Fallacy, & arguing from Silence.
Are the biggest fallacies people make with every single believer. No matter what religion they believe in. We all do it, not realizing it.
As people say show me in the Bible alone, where Jesus says I am God or worship me. Or show me in the Bible where it says that at chapter & verse.
They don't realize they're making an argument from Silence💯.
Like if a Muslim holds to their same standards in that argument. Then we can say, Show me in the Quran alone where Jesus says he is the messiah. Or where does Allah talk directly to Muhammad in the Quran alone etc etc.
So I believe this goes for all diff religions, & denominations as well. Bc we all must be intellectually honest with ourselves when we argue. And be willing to let go of our presuppositions💯. Bc we could be wrong, no1 has perfect theology.
That's why I stopped using the exact word fallacy when I debate, bc we're not Muslim. So why argue like one.
I had to learn the hard way not to use verbatim words, & stop arguing from Silence to learn scripture better.
Bc it will always work against your own position, if we truly hold to those same standards. Even with any Christian denomination that they believe in.
Ex: Show me in the Bible alone where it says this is the eternal Lake of Fire. Show me in the Bible alone where this verse says it has to do with our eternal salvation alone. Show me in the Bible alone where people pray to Mary, or to the dead Saints. Show me in the Bible alone that we have to go to church to be saved. Show me where it says the Sabbath was changed to Sunday. Show me in the Bible alone where infants were baptized. Show me where it says this is water baptism. Show me in the Bible alone where it says tithing has stopped etc etc...
U get the point. I used like 6 diff Christian denominations. That we can use that same argument for each religion.
That's the Definist fallacy, & arguing from Silence.
But none of those arguments work at all. They're all arguments from silence, & using the verbatim fallacy as evidence. But that's not how we prove doctrines in the Bible. Especially with our own position. So why do people use those arguments against a diff position. When we don't accept these arguments with our own position.
So we all have to throw all those arguments in the garbage 💯. Otherwise we're arguing just like the Muslims do. Saying show me where Jesus says I am God in the Bible. Its 100% a fallacy, there's no difference.
So if we truly hold to our same standards. Then we all know that a teaching / Doctrine can be in the Bible. Bc Doctrines or not always explicit in the Bible. But the concept is always there for eyes to see💯.
So we need to learn to say show me that teaching in scripture. And explain the context where the Bible teaches that Doctrine. Not using arguments from Silence, or the exact words for Doctrines. Bc biblical teaching never uses the exact words that we want the Bible to say.

I have had 3 experiences in my young life where I called on Jesus specifically and my prayers were answered instantly. They were situations only God Himself could do.
They were the absolute impossible made possible by God.
The most recent was an extremely deadly cancer, with no way out, had been healed right when I asked JESUS. ❤

He’s Assyrian by origin, born Christian. The assyrians were the first ethnic group that converted to Christianity and speak aramaic, the language of Jesus.
Yosef was one if the most entertaining Muslims Sam had. Sam was very patient with him, i think he had four or five different sessions with him, took him a while but I'm so glad he finally became christian. This was one of Sam's earliest sessions with him.

Faith requires works in order to be supported. You can't just say you have faith, you have to prove it to God and yourself by walking the walk. Your scripture clarifies that it is not works/ good deeds that will save you, but grace. The good works prove your faith and qualify you for grace, not the other way around.
Jesus gave the example. Did He just go around preaching, or did He do good and serve others and encourage to tend to our neighbors as we do ourselves? When in doubt, follow His example, and He did good everywhere He went.

I am born as a Catholic. Later my family started going to a born again Christian church. This is where I started to read the Old Testament.I saw some of the church people believing that women are inferior etc quoting from the Bible. These fundamentalists think as if they lived in Stone Age. Then I realized why Jesus appeared for the downtrodden and also for women. Jesus was not recognized even by Jews then. Actually, when we analyze the way people live a quality life because of science, we never know if there is a God or not. This is my personal belief. Nevertheless, I adore the life of Jesus, for his purity, for being a humble person who spoke truth even though He had to die because of truth. Unlike in such primitive societies where others point a finger asking you what to where etc, I’m fortunate to live in a democratic country. That’s why I told fundamentalist Christian men in that church that I don’t need there stupid advice. Saying that I left that church. I think in truth, Old Testament and Quran has some similarities when depicting old age and how countries lived. It’s stupid therefore to blindly follow such beliefs and make hell here on earth for other people. So I call upon all religious people to live your life to the fullest without blindly following stupid people around you. Be a crique and lead an independent life in an intelligent manner.
For Christians who do not know their faith ( not everybody knows it) EVERY single question we have can be and will be answered if we ask the right person ( theologian) or go ourselves to Primary Sources. The beauty about Christianity is that everything makes sense. There is logic in every statement. There has to be REASON and THEOLOGY. If not then something is wrong.

@@HarshTruth711 the word Theologian Is not mentioned and we only had a Bible 400 years AFTER Christ was gone (physically). Even when that bible was complete, nobody had a bible until the 1500's and even then there were only a few. Teaching was done orally and most people could not even read. Just like the apostles who were told by Jesus to go into the world and teach the Gospel. to look for the "word" theologian is nonsense. What is important is "what is a theologian". The word Trinity is also not in the bible, that does not mean that the Trinity is not explained.
Yes , the Comforter was promised to replace Jesus and I cannot write in a few sentences all the details which you either do not know or have not learned. This does not mean that everyone of us has received the Comforter.
The proof is that the ONE Church Jesus instituted is still standing , against all odds and those who have split are now in the tens of thousands. If they are supposed to have been led by the comforter, then the "comforter" is NOT the Holy Spirit.
A true theologian knows the scriptures and how to explain them. Even then not every single theologian has the right teaching. Those who belong to the split off churches will profess what they believe and understand, instead of professing what is really going on. The bible cannot be read like a novel and every person understands it his/her way. There has to be a Teaching authority which we have it is called the Magisterium and the is NOT the words of man but of God. Then you also need Sacred Tradition , which are the Oral teachings of the Apostles . They are written down but not in a book. These two elements Magisterium and Sacred Tradition (tradition with a capital T )are the TOOLS needed to understand the Bible.
If you want to get some more detailed understanding you should try and google: Pillar of Fire, Pillar of Truth. Catholic.com. It will make you understand WHO instituted the Church. WHY He instituted it, the Working of the Holy Spirit and many more things. Every single claim is backed by biblical verses which you can check later on your own.

Firstly, The ONLY church that Christ established was a SPIRITUAL church and it consist of all who recieve his spirit. Secondly, who taught Paul besides the Holy ghost??? If there would be an invisible church, every Tom Dick and Harry would say : it is this or it is that. We are physical beings therefore we need a VISIBLE Church . Since the protestants believe in an invisible church, it explains why there are so many thousands of invisible churches...Jesus said there is only ONE FOLD and ONE Shepherd.
The ONE Church He instituted before He left us is the UNIVERSAL CHURCH (universal is the translation of the word Catholic). It has to be visible because we are visible. However 8:13 bothered my spirit a bit. Specifically in 1 Peter 3: 15-17. I think we should not falter and change our attitude no matter how these muslims attack the truth. They will be ashamed when we make our defences with firm belief and truth, but still with gentleness and respect. Then those who treat this gentleness and respect with contempt will feel ashamed. It’s great to be strong and firm to shake the foundations of hard hearted people, but I think its just as important to act as Jesus does and not like the pharisees. After all, both Jesus and the Pharisees were teachers of wisdom, except one did so with love and the other with contempt. 24:20.
