Thank you for this excellent guide on how to reset the drums after new toner and drums are installed. It cured the "drum stop" issue and the office can use this laser color printer MFC-L9330CDW again. Well done, making me a hero !

I've tried this several times. Brand new toner cartridges installed, slid the drum wires, etc. Cannot get this to work. Help!
