Thank you. The Brother website is missing to press the # key. They haven't changed it for years for MFC-9330CDW.

Solution? Tried it also, but got the same error after a couple of days, then emptied the trum box of powder, now it seems to work fine. The powder is probably not healthy, although no warning text, I opened carefully with a screwdriver and hold it deep in a paper bag to empty the box.
