I run ethernet cable into my ps5 and I still have input lag. Any suggestions, because I really don't want to have to rebuy my ps5 games, and not have to buy a $150 capture card. With Ps5 remote play I have input lag, for example: when I jump on a game like cod mw2 it would jump a couple milliseconds late. And my gaming laptop doesn't even have a ethernet cable port.

Found a way bro so basically if you have a ps5 mic one of the ps mics yk js connect the usb to the back of your pc then switch all the audio to the headset in and out put then on obs js record your mic audio with your actual microphone to the in put audio on obs should pick up your friends voices and your mic would pick up yours I’ll drop a video soon on it
Sorry for the late response. I've replied to a lot of comments saying that I use discord or xbox game bar to talk to (and stream audio from) people I play with online. As far as game chat, I don't really use it personally, so I'm not sure. My own audio comes from my microphone plugged into the computer via USB.
Hey man. Im streaming from ps5 onto elgato hd60s. My game play audio sounds muffled in my streams. Any advice? I've literally tried everything I can think of and not many videos out there to help.
I'd check the audio sample rate. Update the Elgato firmware through the 4k Capture Utility. Make sure that HDCP is disabled on the PS5. Test record and see if the issue persists.
2 dumb questions so if I wanted to use this for my PS5 even though it is running off of wifi could I still connect the ethernet cable from my PS5 to my computer? And my second question is there any way to still use the PS5 camera when connected to streamlabs obs because I have my setting directly on top of my TV?
To your first question, yes. It wouldn't be as good as an ethernet connection, but it'll work. To the second, I don't think so. It does look like you can connect the PS5 camera to your pc instead of the console and possibly use it that way, but I'm not sure.

Once I click window capture and select the window I want, how do I get rid of the white bar at the top that says “remote play” on the window I’m capturing. On this white bar is also the minimize and the other buttons and I don’t know how to crop that out since I don’t want it being shown in the picture. Let me know if you have an idea. I hope this makes sense.

It's all dependent on your internet speed and consistency. Like I said in the video, I recommend looking at your TV to play the game instead of your pc's monitor so latency isn't an issue.

Keep the controller plugged into the PC and still play on your main monitor.

I'm using my Mac to do this but it is not working it will not find remote play at all

You probably have to switch the capture type. Not sure what the options are called at the moment but I think the default setting is called automatic

Just tested it following update. Had no issues with it. Added with Game Capture and it was fine.
