    About the Session:
Have you been feeling stressed out, burned-out, or exhausted? Have you been wanting to engage in self-care, and don’t know where to start? In this fun, engaging, and interactive online workshop, you’ll learn how to identify your core needs, curate a personalized list of “self-devotional” practices, and implement a daily grounding practice. Drawing from evidence-based music psychotherapy and mindfulness practices-such as guided meditation and visioning-you’ll gain simple, accessible, and effective wellness strategies that you can incorporate into your daily life.
