I have not seen more professional guy on the internet so far.......very very detailed and high standard of professionalism. I see it clearly that your standard is Perfection. Bravo. Great Work.
I just restored my m3 subframe last week. Mine was not nearly as bad as yours. But for the inside I decided to just spray cavity wax to help mitigate further corrosion. I didn’t want to cut into it 😅
The same happened to me with febi rear diff bush, leaked out in first 5 seconds of installation 😅 - I send it back and get refund, once leaking don't think is a good idea to be used anymore...
BMW surely did a sh*tty job regarding the corrosion protection of this part. I gotta say i would have bought a used one from ebay. You find them in good condition for ok price. Thats Not necessary with your welding skills 😮. Nice detailed Videos bro, keep it up. You have my sub. Greetings from Bavaria.
Thanks, i know about used one. After it was sandblasted and powder coated(when damaged revealed) it was already late to changed it with "new". Btw a lot of car suffer from similar rusted subframe, not only bmw)))

Awesome work on your BMW and the video editing is also done well.
Did you consider using a subframe from a donor car with less rust?
Yes, it would be wiser choice. Unfortunately i found all the rust after all sandblasting and painting job which was done by side company
@@mekanic3769 Cool. Looking forward to the next episode.
Заебись! Четко!
Рэстаўрацыя, якую мы чакалі і якую заслужылі!

thanks, i ended up cutting rear bumper support / carrier as pipe diameter fits perfect, in true mekanik spirit :)@@mekanic3769
Why wasn’t it repaired after blasting & before powder coating 🤯🤯🤯🙈🙈🤷♂️
Side company made a coating before it wasn't obvious
no merece la pena hacer ese trabajo, te vas al desguace compras un puente, menudo trabajazo que podrias haber invertido en otra cosa
It's just your opinion, man 🙈
