Focus The Show Momentum Good Times were my generations inspiration. Would watch the videos at night, get my boards waxed up and head to Baja Malibu the next morning for epic racer barrels. Kelly was so ahead of his time and beyond progressive. Being 40 now it gives me hope to still be a solid surfer at 45+. Not to mention great punk soundtrack and seeing all these bands at venues in sd just awesome. Thanks aloha guys.
Thank you for sharing! Kelly Slater's surfing in his 20's could probably still win against the world tour talent nowadays. So many pros are pretty much imitating his style and/or approach in one way or another... And for good reason!!! LOL Legendary video evidence...
One of the greatest surf vid sections ever! Great song, great edit, greatest of all time. I've been waiting for this section to come out, thank you, Taylor. Slater, Machado (awful song though) Kalani, and Timmy Curran man Good Times spoiled us.
