I think Court T.V. are pro Amber. Even though so many females , even some who have said they have suffered DV abuse don't believe her. One got upset and said she's making it look bad for genuine cases.

I don’t believe a word this expert says, because I believe that Amber is a narcissist and would have played the part well as a victim when being interviewed by the psychologist. Johnny Dr appeared to be a lot more honest and relatable.

You do realize know what a forensic accountant does right? This is not a psychologist.... this is a forensic accountant they only look at the money, even if they had a personal bias, the numbers can't lie.

The purpose of a court trial is to get to the truth. This lawyer only want a sound bite of an answer is circumventing truth. What he earned is irrelevant. They are seeking damages for what was lost due to her defamation.
The lawyer cannot stand the witness explaining things lest the jury understands things and decides accordingly... what a shame..

Amber never loved Johnny she was looking for a meal ticket. She was nothing before Johnny, and she will be nothing after Johnny. She got his money and lied and said she was going to donate it to charity, she ain't nothing but a gold digger free loader. Then her witness today did her zero favors with how clearly biased she was towards men. Women can't abuse men and if they do it is a lower level violence.
Amber hopefully pays back for Johnny lost earnings for her false accusations and lies. May be that will teach her a lesson to not be lying on things like this again..

When forensic experts say you aren’t a sensible question I’m sure the jury says “ignore this cross examination”. Jury will also say must be a win for JD as cross examination was relying on stupid questions.

This guy was a terrible witness and his analysis was flawed and lacking. This is why you don't use accountants, especially forensic accounts, for what professional financial analysts do.

Many Financial Analysts don't know a lot of accounting and vice versa many Accountants don't know how to do a proper projection. Especially auditors and forensic accountants. It sounds impressive with all the credentials, blah... to "civilians" . But anyone who works in this world knows they are absolutely the wrong type of person for this task. You need a Financial Analyst.
@@otherbelairdynasty9486actually I do agree I haven’t watched the video but I was wondering why they brought in a accountant to give projections on lost earnings unless he has a finance/economics background. I have a bachelors in economics and I’m tryna go for my masters in accounting but this is definitely more on the statistical model side of economics. The accountant would be useful if money was being misused or hidden in some way so he was probably needed for something I’m just not that familiar with the case. The first answer he gave was completely bs u can’t just look at past earnings and make up some figure lol

Seems to be chaos and toxicity in this case. Witnesses are solid and some are worthless. Women named Elaine cannot remember peoples names. Attorneys Rottenborn and Chew make strong arguments and objections .J.D. eats candy, laughs and doodles. Hope jurors make the right decisions.
He a heavy smoker and is stuck in court for hours…. Candy is to help with cravings. And boredom
