I just wanted to let you know I really like your videos and want to thank you for creating them. I know that this boat will mean a lot to your family. Have a safe and great weekend!
Thank you! Hope you had a good weekend, thanks for watching!
That was impressive very neat job, as I have been saying, work smarter not harder!!! Looking forward to the next vid Austin 👊🏻
Glad you liked it! See you on the next one!
Awesome, I'm glad to see you back on it. I look forward to seeing your progress.
Thank you!
Great to see it start going back together.
It’s a great feeling!
So your father bought one and you decide to build another. Looking forward to see the end result; i bet it will the best Olympic out there!
Much respect from Turkey ;)
Thank you! I will try my best!
Always a Great Day when you start to build your project back. Teardown is fun but not the same. Looks good! 🤘🍻
It’s a big relief for sure! Thanks for watching, Mike.
Aww man I'm glad that you continued on with the project. Pretty disheartened when you found out that the stringer were rotten and thought that it wasn't worth it to continue.
Glad that you changed your mind and kept the project.
Yeah, I’m glad I did too! It will be all new once it’s done 👍
From Germany: Wünsche weiterhin viel Glück beim Ausbau und danke für das Video. I Try to translate: I wIsh you good luck for your Projekt and thanks for your Video!
Thank you for watching!
Lindell, Please something up on this boat. I thought you were done with it or now you going to repair that floor board that was holding water. love to see your repairs if your going ahead with this project
Full steam ahead! Thanks for watching! What were you asking? “Please something up on this boat”. Let me know!
I’m glad you’re going to make it happen!
I’m glad too!
Nice tip on cutting the angle on the bottom of the transom.
Thank you!
Thanks for the video, glad to see the progress
I am too! Thanks for watching.
Just watched the whole progress can't wait for another one, you've got a extra sub!
Thanks for tagging along! See you on the next one!
Wow, you really did do a nice job with that, shoot, on your first try too! Thanks for the episode
I didn’t really feel like throwing away $400 so I made sure like 39 times before cutting haha
Good job man keep pushing through!
Thank you!
Looks good, nice job
Thank you!
Stay strong..Just started watching your vids....Its an awsome project..
The rewards sweet wen you stand back and look at it when finished...My project is 10 times smaller but its gets me down now and then...You have done so much allready...12 steps ...hehehe...Njoy...
Thanks for watching! I’m looking forward to making many memories!
Great job sir... She'll be Ship Shape and Bristol Fashion...
I can’t wait!
That’s good work man
Thank you!
nice job. Looks good
Thank you!
good good
Nice! Noticed a future owner making an appearance at the :59 mark. He will appreciate the story and the workQ
He is going to be my side kick along with his older brother!
So many comparable materials to use instead of extremely expensive coosa. I couldn't believe the price of coosa when I first researched it.
It’s crazy! It’s a good, reliable material that will last forever though 👍
While you're making major modifications, I'd suggest making your wife happy and expand the interior so she will have more creature comforts (IE: a nicer bathroom).
That is the plan but not too much, since that will take up fishing gear storage haha
Missing your restoration videos. Are you coming back?
I have been really busy with family stuff but have worked on the boat. Just no time to complete the edit. Got the Coosa transom mounted and ready for glass though 👍
Muito Bom !!!!!!!!!!! Very Good !!!!!!!! From Brasil !!!!!!!!!! My name Jonas
Thanks for watching Jonas!
Never cut Coosa board without a mask...ever.
You shouldn't have to force the board in, it should slip right in. Leave a decent gap around the perimeter ( 1/4 -1/2" ish ) as you'll come back later with thickened epoxy and create a fillet that will fill the gap and allow the glass that you'll lay to turn those corners without bridging and air pockets. Keep plugging away and bit by bit it'll come together. Good luck!
👍
Thanks!
I am sure the Coosa was a big expense. Maybe you can use some of the leftovers for the stern stringers.
I plan to use the pieces for the stringers and maybe some other miscellaneous things!
I would put a outboard on the back.
That’s the plan 👍 offshore bracket with 300 Suzuki.
@@LindellAdventures awesome bro love to see it all completely. I wish l had your skills to fix a boat.
You do! Just do a ton of research before jumping into it and you’ll be good!
Are you going to Custic board for stringers also no more rooted materials???
Coosa stringers, closed cell foam coring, and everything else non absorbing too 👍
Are changing your power system from IO to outboard with extensions ?
There will be a 300 and 15 Suzuki with an offshore bracket attached 👍
how do you make the hole in the trasom
It will be an offshore bracket and outboard, so no hole 👍
make it a outboard
That’s the plan 👍
@@LindellAdventures that will be a great boat, i reccomend a mercury 4stroke had 1 now for 5 years a 115 with no issues
Sweet! It will be a 300 Suzuki with an offshore bracket
I love watching people on YT who aren't boatbuilders doing stuff the hard way.
Hope you've got health insurance that covers lungs or that your insurers don't see this video.
Well, it’s a learning experience. Respirator is definitely a good thing and I should be wearing it more 👍 I have been a lot more and will continue!
