Just traded in my 15' BMW X5 for a 19' Ram 1500 Big Horn on a lease to try it out because its my first pickup!! Love it! But now I wish I would've got more features.
RAM changed several things on their configuration. You might want to revisit it if you are interested in keeping up to date on it. 4 4-corner air suspension was just limited v8 unless you got a v6 in the rebel. Now it is available with even v6 in all higher end trims. LOADED options in a LIMITED trim is actually cheaper than LOADING a LONGHORN by about $4000 because most expensive options are already included in the LIMITED.
The problem with the new truck is now the options you could get on the old truck only come in packages. I have a 2014 big horn and to get a 2019 with the same options raised the price almost 10k over what I paid for mine. Nobody seems to be pointing that out. An example is the 20 inch wheels. Getting those on a new big horn mean you have to get one of the packages. Same with getting the 33 gallon fuel tank. Why do I need a package for a big fuel tank. Needless to say, if they don’t change these things I won’t getting a new truck.
I like the new front end. This is an excellent guide. Dodge is weird in their options. Like just because you buy a big horn doesn't mean you get the same options as the next big horn. Wish I had watched a video like then when I bought my truck back in 2011
Thanks man, yeah honestly I do like the older Ram front ends better but these just add so many other nice features that make them a much better truck. I went in a 2019 Limited at the Toronto auto show and it was unbelievably nice. It just adds luxury and performance together so well
Just want to mention that Torque is measured in the Ft.lb. scale. The term lb.ft. of torque reminds me of Fred Flintstone driving his human powered car, take off could be Pound feet. Did you have early videos of your personal vehicle's? Good video .
. the quiet ride sold me. Less road noise. The new truck is amazing. its going to sell in a big way. I can tell ram engineers did there home work and spent a lot of time on the small details that sell trucks. Ford f150 might get nocked off the best seller list with this rams nice ride.
I don't care about resembling a Tesla screen. 8 inch is plenty. And I think in the Tesla that's all you get is that big screen off to the right so you're eyes shifted way off center. Who in the world wouldn't want the larger fuel tank!!. Nice work, keep it up!!

Okay. This is going to be nitpicky, but if you’re going to do a video on the Ram you should know this... Ram and Dodge are different branches own by Fiat-Chrysler. Rams are the Truck/Van vehicles and Dodge is Sedans, Performance, SUV and Minivans. This happened by in 2012 or 2013.

Make sure yall get that extended warranty/lifetime warranty, I can only imagine when transmissions, air-ride suspension, the 12inch screen etc goes out and cost to fix... FCA is garbage... they add all these extras to hide the fact they are crap for vehicles..

Sure, they're selling well, but that's not BECAUSE of the name change....but rather, IN SPITE of it. People still consider them to be DODGES*....even though the *"DODGE" NAME is no longer there. Several people commenting here STILL refer to it as a DODGE Ram. Might just as well put the name back on !! It was there for almost 100 years. That's not going to change just because some Italian company came in and started making silly name changes !!
That's what I said before I purchased the Ram Promaster City for work vehicle. Awesome gas mileage and no issues except stock batteries suck. Would purchase again. Fiat got their sh*t together.
Fiat has always been known for making unreliable vehicles that don't last. You seldom see one with even 150K miles on it. If you have more than that, more power to ya. My '97 is just about to tick the 270K mark and runs almost like new. Look on Craigslist. You'll find a bunch of RAMs from the 90's with that many miles that are still in great shape.
2019 ram have all been recalled. Burning to the ground. Dont forget to mention some of the shit u saying. Dont work in 45below weather. These pussy trucks are for Florida.

Yes you can get the Rebel with the 6’4” box as opposed to the 5’7” box. But this size is only available in 4x4 on the Rebel not 4x2
