Which will also be a work truck. Not sure why a TRD pro taco wouldn't be used to do work? I know a guy that does construction with a Raptor. If they can afford the luxury while working hard, more power to them.

I bought this exact same truck today! Same color and everything... Going to do some overlanding with my wife. It has Alexa? The integrated LED bed lights are very bright.
Thicker side glass for better sound deadening and revised fox shock settings for better ride on and off road are new for 2020’s too. Oh yeah some pretty cool cameras under the side mirrors for awesome 360 degree camera views. Thanks for the vid !!👍🏻😊
The camera in the front is part of the Multi-terrain View Monitor. Is the Panoramic view monitor (360 degree bird's eye view) even available for the TRD Pro? Also, can you confirm that the bed lamp is standard in the TRD Pro instead of being a port-installed option? Thanks in advance
It does have birds eye view, I cant find where It says standard bed light, but if you see my video i go over sticker says Toyota Golf State bed light installed
I have a 2017. After two years of owning it. I give up. I cant find a comfortable seating position. Going to switch it up for the Tundra. The gas will suck. But the comfort is beyond better to me. The Tacoma looks awesome. Oh well.
@@viiiixmm6704 Yes. I'm 5'10 and when I pull up to a light. I can't see it unless I duck my head down. After a while it gets annoying. Not always but I'd say about 40 percent of the time. Now the seat being too low is the next issue. Legs poke out in a weird way. I love trucks with a passion because of how the seat is usually high like a chair. But that's not the case here and it's making my hip issues a lot worse.

Im 6'2" i had to get a tacoma without a moon roof because my head hit the moulding with the dropped headliner to make room for the track and motor for it 🙄
@@Dimethetime Thats the struggle with how Toyota has their trims. Beyond the SR5, tall people are "sized" out. Wish we could get a TRD option with no moon roof. (I'm aware you could buy those things seperately or mod it, would just be nice from the get go)
@@doc0garcia yeah in canada your options are SUPER limited i did some searching to get my dcsb 6 speed manual no moon roof they only made the 2016 trd sport like that in Canada so it was a bit of a unicorn to find i just couldnt justify the trd pro with all the upgrades im doing, 12k extra for the pro but the "upgrades" have the same horsepower and worse fuel economy... and after i get better suspension and heavier duty skids it negates all the pros the pro had going for it haha
Or you can get the 2020 sr5 quad cab, v6, 4x4 w/ black alloy wheels same cameras, power seat, drive train for $25k less. Youre paying $25k for fox shocks, led lamps and fake leather with a moon roof.

I gotta say the JBL speakers aren’t very good. I have them in my Sport and I’m not impressed. They could have done better. You can’t even try and make the sound better in the head unit because the options are so limited
Because you cannot put an LED bulb in a halogen housing and expect it to work correctly...without scattering all over the place...big problem for us who own 2nd Generation Tacomas...like my 15 PRO...It sucks actually...very difficult to get into an LED set of headlights without doing a complete retrofit of the headlight assembly itself.
Miguel Ramirez I wouldn’t purchase the new green over the desert tan. I think Toyota made a big mistake removing the tan color altogether from the 2020 options.
"PLEASE" do not make comments on things you obviously don't know about! Never "shoot from the hip." None of the Tacomas have "Long Travel" shocks or suspension!!! Would have been nice to see under the hood and the 360 camera views. Did Toyota stop producing the tan/sand color and the Cement Grey for 2020?
Brian Mogle it would appear so (as regards the two above mentioned colors). Army green replaced the desert sand, and a metallic gray replaced the flatter cement gray color. I’m not sure how different the new gray is from last years cement gray, but I’d assume the shiny factor would be greater with the 2020 gray color
He CLEARLY has NEVER used the old Toyota infotainment system on the previous Tacoma or 4Runner. The Apple CarPlay is the biggest improvement ever!! I cannot express how bad the old Nav system was!!
i like this truck, my friends that have a pretty new one keep laughing at TOYOTA for taking away the previous GAS locking door (CHEAP) on a EXPENSIVE vehicle!

Why do the doors sound cheap and hollow on all the newer vehicles. Even the glove box feels cheap and flimsy compared to my 2012. They love cutting corners while jacking up the price. Stop paying these ridiculous prices and make them stop taking advantage of dumb dumbs.

It has power seats now, it may help. I had a customer who was 6 foot 4 and his knees were in the way of the steering wheel.

Where is the Atrac setting? I see the electronic transfer nob, the rear locker, mts and crawl control, don’t see atrac
Atrac is in the manual transmission model, crawl control is atrac with automatic throttle

Miso Honey no, about $32k here in wa state for that truck and $49k for the pro after fees, so roughly $17k difference.

Missing Eye Of Odin the Magnetic Gray Metallic have been around since the 2nd Gens beginning in 2005
