The factory reset worked. Thank you so much, sir! I hadn’t used the headphones in about a month and they had completely died. I think that is what caused the issue hence needing a factory reset.

Hello I have a connection problem with my AirPods Max when I try to reset them, by pressing the Digital Crown+ the noise reduction button the flashing turns up only in orange and not white afterwards. Does this mean that there is a hardware failure? I’m frustrated, because I bought my helmet new and it broke down overnight for no reason! 2 years and 9 months of use.

I had problem with connect to the macbook air. MAX was connected but no sound. I have tried "forget device" and result is that device is still know but battery status was updated and sound is working.
Turning off auto head connection seems to fix the issues I’m having with it disconnecting and turning off, but it stops the noise control from working, the button doesn’t work and when I try to use noise cancellation or transparency in the settings it will turn off or not work in both ears and it’s super inconvenient having to open up settings when I wanna change it, is this an I fault or does the auto head detection get rid of that feature?? I don’t know what to do
This was weird I noticed a few days ago it would not connect. I tried to pair received message saying it would be able to connect tomorrow. That never happened. I cannot pair. When I do the factory reset the amber light blinks but once it stops it does not start blinking white. I think they are done with. I use every once in a while. My Bose headphones are my everyday use. They lasted me way longer than these air pods max. Do you think they are done with. Thx for sharing.
