Vita Chambers - Disabled
Plasmids - Electrobolt 2, Incinerate 2 and Telekenisis.
Physical Tonics- Blood Lust and Hacker's Delight 3
Combat Tonics - Wrench Jockey and Frozen Field 2 (occasionally swapped with Wrench Lurker 2 or Static Discharge)
Engineering Tonics - Shorten Alarms 2 and Speedy Hacker

It's really difficult to beat the game using a wrench in Survivor Difficulty with only 3 plasmids - Electrobolt, Incinerate and Telekinesis. And having Vita Chambers disabled.
