Healed my knee completely in three weeks after purchasing the backwards treadmill. I’m now working on the other knee that I post up on as a golfer and the solution has been to turn sideways on the treadmill. Also if you turn to the other side you hang really work the hips and groin as well. You guys should add more exercises that utilize the backwards treadmill and turn sideways and work one leg only. Really is great stuff! Can’t thank you enough❤

I used to get knee pain, until I started stamping and walking backwards, instead of forwards! And now I have no issues with the knee pain. Interesting to understand why it works that way. It also feels kind of natural to go backwards if you follow the flow of the force with a stamp that is pushed through the heel

May i be able to heal knee cracking through knee over toes exercises? Most of the talk is about knee pain. For me it's been a cracking left knee without pain, then with pain for a month or so, then kind of healing itself i guess, but the cracking sound stayed for another 6 months till this day. I tried many exercises to get rid of that cracking. The exercises you recommend only for two weeks now maybe and the crazy thing is that when performing sissy squats, the boney cracking sound sounds much more gentle.

Have you ever had reports of people getting foot injuries from walking backwards?
Is it possible the angle of the treadmill is too steep?
Changed my usual leg day to walking backward 10m, reverse step ups and ATG split squats (+misc like calf/tib raises, seated good mornings etc etc).
Currently very painful just slowly walking forward, pain on bottom of foot (around middle).
