I usually hook them under the horn but it seems when I cast far they sometimes come off. Since I started hooking them from the tail it’s been working great for me. I’m glad you caught more fish like that! 👍🏽

Anyways it blowed my brain off😅 and really changed my mind about a socalled “trash” fish! haha he showed how it’s all about the preparation and knowing how to do it right to get rid of all the game-ee flavors.
yes the “run” happens this time each year. but “here” is also a relative term because, yes, though the run is happening and these jacks are generally all over the place during this time of year each year, every year, it of course, is also possible that you can go to a certain spot and they may not be schooling at that exact spot at that exact moment, because of conditions, because of currents, because of tides, or who knows what else, all of which definitely do play a factor in where the schools of fish are at any given moment. But neither does it really mean that they are not “here”. Because this is the season each and every year that they come this close to Galveston Bays and shores. So, yes, they are definitely “here”, they just might not be exactly at the place that you choose to try your luck at that exact moment. So it’s just how fishin’ goes and we gotta go try a different spot!😅 Tight lines!

Power down the GoPro, remove the battery, take out SIM card, wait for a couple of minutes, place battery back in, place SIM card back in, and then power up GoPro. It may then give you a message that is repairing the file to recover.

Right now they have been hitting bait on the bottom and shrimp on float. It’s better when you catch em on lures
