    గురువు గారు మీరు నాకు దేవుడు కన్నా ఎక్కువ.నా బరువు ముందు116 కిలోలు ఉన్నాను.మీరు చెప్పింది విని కొద్దిగా కష్టం అయిన 6నెలలుగా ఆచరించాను.ఇపుడు నా బరువు 78 కిలోలు ఉన్నాను.అందరికి ఒకటే చెప్తాను మనం చేసే ఏ పని అయిన కొద్ది రోజులు చేస్తే రిజల్ట్ రాదు.చాలా కష్టపడాలి అపుడే వస్తుంది.

    నాకు మూడు ఆపరేషన్ పడేయండి నాకు బాగా నడుము నొప్పి వచ్చేసి బాగా ఒళ్ళు వచ్చేసేయ్ కాళ్ళు కాల్ నొప్పి కూడా వచ్చేసింది కానీ ఎన్నింటికి ఎలాగా అని ఆలోచించకుండా మీది చూశానండి ఫోన్ కొనక మీరు చెప్పిన కొన్ని చిట్కాలు పాటిస్తే చాలా బాగుందండి చాలా ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉన్నాను

    Namaskaram Raju gaaru..🙏🙏🙏 my parents following you from last 15years..
    I was having thyroid problem.. after visiting couple of doctors., Every one suggested to use thyroid tablets for life time which I don't want..So I followed your diet plan 70% raw food (sprouts, nuts, fruits and vegetable juices) 30%cooked (chapathi with curry) food.. for 1month without using any medication.. and then went for thyroid test.. here as expected my report was normal. We are really blessed to have to Raju gaaru... we are planning for kids now so started following the same diet.. hope will get conceive soon..
    If my experience inspires atleast single person.. I would be blessed.🙏 Once again thank you Raju garu.😊

    Hi Sir,
    I already started two meal a day. I stop eating after 6pm to 6am..
    Morning tiffin and afternoon meal.
    I can see changes in my body. I'm more active now.
    Really it's good to follow everyone.
    Tomorrow onwards I too changes in my meal like
    M: tomato 🍅 juice
    E: popayya juice
    Lunch: instead of rice I will change to rotis .

    I am 35yr old, my weight before starting Intermittent fasting was 91kgs . I started on Feb 3rd 2023, till now I had lost 5.3 kgs in 40days , without any exercise and with moderate workplace activity, I am feeling much better than before, more active than before . Now I started going for a walk/jogging in the morning, let's c the results..
    I will keep updating my results
    Feb 3rd - 91.2kgs
    Feb 15th- 88.1kgs
    Mar 1st - 87.5kgs
    Mar 15th - 85.8kgs....
    (Update)Last 2weeks had lot of parties and cheatmeals
    April 1st : 84.5 kgs
    April 15th : 83.6 kgs
    May 15th : 81.9 kgs ( total 9kgs down)

      @@sujankrishna yes. But it is better to take vegetable juice before half an hour of meals and in the meals substitute rice with millets which helps in weight loss.
