My advice is for you to talk to an immigration lawyer for best advice. As long as the marriage is valid, and not to obtain only a green card, you should be fine. Best of luck!!!

I'm Mexican /American I agree with some of the comments...I'm not putting my people down but I do agree if your coming and crossing in the U.S then your looking for it to get deported back not only people from Mexico, but same goes to different countries. I been contributing since I started to work and even serve in the military but the worst thing is getting turned down for applying for medical or any type of support which sucks because I pay taxes and still get turned down so yes I agree they should get the ported back where they came from because it is true taken more support then US citizen.

Wow, I'm from Argentina and I reside in the US undocumented. It's very hard and difficult because with this title comes alot of stigma that creates an intense hostile environment for us at times. But there are also great things here, this is why I started my immigration process after 35 years and I understand that deportation is a possibility but I want to do things right. I understand both sides and I have created a platform for those like me in order to break the stereotype as well as to advocate about doing things right if possible ✌️🙏

I was brought to the US when i was 10 now I'm 27 and got deported 3 months ago leaving my 1year old baby boy back in the states.I didn't ask to go to the states but now that I did my life there I've been ejected i can't never go back now my son will grow up not knowing who i am. I feel for my fellow deportees. THOU u classify me as an immigrant, illegal, Alien, we are still humans with feelings and emotions prayerfully one day i could see my son again
