I understand the desire to move to a better place, but there are rules for a good reason.

The Right Legal Way Is Always The Best Way
This is what happens when you don't enforce the law people mistakenly think they can avoid the legal immigration process.
@Gray Fox cool they knew that when entering the country. The government should worry about the millions of citizens out of work before letting in people cutting the line. Just cause it takes a while to do it legally does not mean it's fair to those who are waiting their turn.

In my city companies hotels are getting smarter. They found it's better to hire them from Hotel pro staffing agency that way they don't get in trouble. But the same people are working at the hotels daily weekly or for years now undocumented. They claim Americans don't want to work. But that's not true because Americans are now working for the same Company being placed in hotels

And if they somehow manage to stay here, and learn the language of the United States, they won't be able to speak with their parents if they ever see them again. What kind of life is that?
I wouldn’t mind but they also won’t allow them to integrate and so the kids don’t know a lick of English. When people melt in and join the over all culture I welcome all colors and creed, when they just become a separatist sub culture it becomes an issue.
The factory owners are charged with financial crimes and all the employees without documents to be in the USA are deported by law..

It took my sister 20 years to get her immigration application accepted now she is waiting to see if she gets approved she was 40 when she applied she is 60 what is the point? One this coming to Mexico for vacation and an other to live here.

100% AGREE. It is LONG OVERDUE and i think if it was done, combined with zero access to government resources...we would see a SIGNIFICANT drop in illegal immigration. That would be a win win because it would free up our court system to just focus on LEGAL MIGRATION and help it run more efficiently and QUICKLY for those that follow the proper channels and just want a better life in America.

For every country to succeed, you need to have a majority of people who respect the laws and government as just and fair. They're black. They did an update where poor black Americans who report they can never get those jobs finally got hired. And their wages went up. I fact that is the commonality. When these raids happen black Americans usually fill them and their pay goes up. Google the Chicago bakery where a raid happened. And finally black Americans got raises and jobs where they were legally being discriminated against before.
I feel bad for the consequences that they face. I will try to express this with Gentleness. You broke the law by coming here illegally. If you get into a car accident and kill or maim someone, it becomes a tragedy that could have been avoided, because you should not have been driving to begin with. I encourage you to look for your self and see how long it can actually take. Here take a look at this link worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/green-card-waiting-time-by-country As you can see at least for family based visas it is taking Mexicans around 20 or so years just to even get a green card.
This is only because there is a huge backlog, there are other ways of coming here legally through asylum but that is also difficult. We shouldn't relax on who we allow, of course we should do background checks and make sure the people coming in here are who they say they are and not criminals. But it shouldn't take years... Making the process more difficult and expensive will only lead to encourage people to come here illegally.

The problem with going after the employers is that it is hard to collect evidence against the employers because you cannot just walk-in and demand access to their computers and paperwork you have to have a warrant for that.
The police and immigration offices in many European countries do regular check on sketchy places, like restaurants and factories. It’s amazing how nice the US treats illegal immigrants but not its own citizens. Like American citizens don’t have free or low-cost healthcare like the Europeans have. It’s really difficult for illegal immigrants to have a life in Europe, very few employers will hire them and no one will rent their houses to them. They have to go through a strict and long process for getting their application approved and before that they have to live in dorm-style camps. The birthright citizenship doesn’t exist in most of the European counties either .

Now we are genuinely in the same boat and we then can start working everyone into one big super civilization again. Gotta close it off , it’s unhealthy in every way. If we want to do more from there , we attack Mexico and make them a 51st state, take all cartel money and use it to rebuild Mexico. Take down the wall once you got it under control, build wall on southern mexico and start work on the next place that want to be America, make them the 52 state. those parents will sit home and collect for years while the child gets rotten teeth and dumber... I see 3 kids at the laundromat like this and both women were pregnant at the same damn time. They don't even work. Earlier today, i saw a women get a basket full of junk food with a food stamp card then turned around and used her credit card for the remaining 5 or 6 dollars. then proceed to her lavish SUV. This makes me so sad...
