All water is hydrogen water, every study on adding extra hydrogen gas to water has failed to show even a slight positive benefit. Every benefit he listed here is due to drinking more water. Drinking water, which contains 1 part hydrogen to 2 parts oxygen, is good for you.

The process of electrolysis doesn't ADD hydrogen to the water. Water is made from 2 parts hydrogen and 1 part water. Electrolysis is the process of splitting the hydrogen and oxygen molecules, so in reality, you have the exact same amounts of hydrogen, if not less, due to the hydrogen being able to escape easier in its gaseous state
I just got a bottle. I have shoulder pains. Hopefully this helps with that and other issues. I’m trying to get my parents on it aswell. Especially my dad. After he got the Covid shot he’s been getting sick constantly. Will the hydrogen water help him in any way?
