its crazy cuz i followed your ottoman guide then the austria one, and i was thinking, damn i wish these were a little shorter! also i have 34 eyalets in 1451 lol! awesome guides
There's one more cheese - when you have 50 gov progress switch into elective monarchy, when your ruler dies (or you abdicate) you get 10 IA twice (ofc more with % modifiers) Also for converting Prague, if you hire national unrest advisor you get a decision for 0,5 missionary strength, and only then buy inquisitor
I followed your preivous guide when I was doing rhe A.E.I.O.U and zoro-austrianism achievements before you went about forcing everyone into the HRE. it helped alot thanks
Quite common that ottomans declare the war on Moldova - I think it's the same like burgundy - liege in the earlier patches. Not taking austria (as overlord/as emperor) into account
Some comments - it is possible to force burgundy into the empire without taking AE yourself from taking Dijon, by feeding Dijon and Charolais to Savoy instead. However this requires some additional reset RNG as Savoy needs to want Burgundy's land in the first place. - getting the 'Spain, a Habsburg throne' event too early is actually bad since the AI is actually somewhat competent at going through its missions now, and if it triggers the Isabella de Trastamara event by completing the civil war mission, Isabella will replace your Habsburg heir. - it is possible to force Hungary to get PUed by you through the Ladislaus event. If Ladislaus is king of both Austria and Hungary at the same time, the game forces Hungary to become Austria's PU to prevent the paradox of two Ladislauses fighting each other. To acheive this, you need to go through four RNG checks: 1) Ladislaus must survive in Austria, 2) Hungary must elect Ladislaus as king when he reaches age 15 and not Hunyadi, 3) the event must not fire before 1459 when Ladislaus is ready, and 4) EITHER your first Emperor (Friedrich 3rd) dies before 1459 and gives the throne to Ladislaus or he lives to 1459 and you safely abdicate the throne to Ladislaus, making him king of both nations. These aren't individually that unlikely to happen, but since things can go wrong quite often (Ladislaus dying, Hunyadi winning etc) this can require a couple of birds or restarts to work.
To understand you correctly (checking wiki too) A: Austria has Ladislaus as Heir B: Ladislaus is Hungary king in 1555 D: Ladislaus is Austrian king Not understanding C even with wili
On feeding Savoy Charolais, and Dijon this doesn't work as intended. At least on the current patch. If you feed Charolais and Dijon to Savoy, AI Burgundy consistently moves its capital to Picardie, not Salins or Franche-Comte. I presume because those two HRE provinces have become isolated from the majority of its Dev so the AI rules it out as a suitable capital choice. Perhaps forcing Provence to release Bar in 1st War, allying Bar and then promising land (or just curry favours for X months) and giving them Dijon (assuming they want it) would work for less AE, but I haven't tried that.
One thing I noticed: If you guys want the former provinces of Provence to stay in the HRR and not get conquered by France you have to return the nothern province first because it is in the HRE which makes Bar a HRE prince.
As far I know the event that PU's Hungary has a flat 25% chance from choosing Austria and it don't changes. So you can get Croatia and liberate and vassalize Nitra and still get the PU probaly. I got once after I stole Croatia from them.
I understand that capitals lost in war automatically move the capital to the next most developed province, but I thought that moving a capital into the HRE was an exception. Is that new behaviour, or has it been in the game for a while?
he forces the move of capital by doing a war two times. first to take their capital and make it into hre, then he returns that province to them. but they still have their capital in their new province after he took the capital from them. so he needs another war to take their new capital, which makes them change their capital back to the original province which you forced into HRE before returning back to them
its a bug basically. since emperor dlc they added cb to force nations into hre. but they need to be small. using this exploit you can basically force any nation into hre.
what about not enforcing pu on bohemia and instead release lusatia and cancel one of his subjects since you get them through revoking privilegia anyways or is the increased monthly authority you would gain by that not worth it?
makes it a lot easier game if you pu bohemia at start. you just snowball too hard. since bohemia can almost win wars by itself. you then get pu over hungary easily with bohemia and then if milan pu event fires you can just stop paying for your army for the rest of the game.
Here's my guide - 1) Dev your province to increase loan cap a bit 2)hire free company and build to 13 dudes 3) take a military perk from religion 4) Declare ware on ajam ASAP before they get big allies. They will have a few like shirvan maybe but that is fine 5) Spend the first half of the war stackwiping Ajam's armies. You will have an insanely unfair quality advantage due to starting ideas and mission clicks. Make sure to abuse scorched terrain on all the mountain provinces surrounding your capital to get +2 rolls also 6) white peace or annex Ajams allies, and take as much as you can from Ajam 7) after this you will be big enough to stomp on everyone around you. If you're unlucky and Timurids hasn't collapsed, get a strong ally like Delhi to help kill him. 8) form Persia then abuse the extremely overpowered mission tree 9) profit
This guide is meant to be a shortened version of my Austria guide, for those who like me can't be asked to watch a 30 minute video.
thank you ❤

I thought this was patched?
Thanks for the rebel tip, this can be used in other campaigns as well!

That 3 siege ruler is amazing early game
I forgot what reform it was but it was tier one and you get the 10 imperialist authority twice when re-elected
Elective monarchy
Quite common that ottomans declare the war on Moldova - I think it's the same like burgundy - liege in the earlier patches. Not taking austria (as overlord/as emperor) into account
AWESOME BRO THİS CAMPAİGN SHOULD BE CONTİNUE

pretty sure you can get the "Spain, a Habsburg throne'" event multiple times per run

Thank you sir, with this tip I revoked in 1469
Did you really?
One thing I noticed: If you guys want the former provinces of Provence to stay in the HRR and not get conquered by France you have to return the nothern province first because it is in the HRE which makes Bar a HRE prince.
Nice, this is one detail I missed.
National unrest guy give a polici for more missionary streng
Do you mean event?
Is it better to PU Hungary or to conquer them and spin off a few provinces to have them be added to HRE for a WC/One faith
The latter. Integrating takes forever and PUing them means no massive grab on their provinces.
Basically, it's easier if they're smaller.
But if you automatically PU Hungury, you're good.
As far I know the event that PU's Hungary has a flat 25% chance from choosing Austria and it don't changes. So you can get Croatia and liberate and vassalize Nitra and still get the PU probaly.
I got once after I stole Croatia from them.
After you get the kingdom of Poland PU form France
