The walk is not bad, it’s like a 15-20 minute walk! Ellis Island is like 5 minutes away for great food and drink deals, Stage Door is about 10 minutes away, for that dive bar experience, and then boom you’re on the strip!
I've stayed at the Tuscany many times. It's rated higher than many if the Strip hotels, but it's much less expensive. We Baby Boomers prefer the quiet vibe to all the crowds and craziness on the Strip.
I have stayed there with a group of friends and I liked the property. It is weird to get to your room as I stayed in block E. Once you find a place to park close to your room, it is nice. I love the small casino and I felt the slots were loose and the coffee shop and Bar 365 had great micro brews on tap. Service was a little slow but food good. The nightly trio band that performed in the lounge was great.
I stayed in Tuscany a few times around 2006 to 2008. It was a great place with great rates, but these days I tend to find cheaper rooms on the strip itself. Couple that with easy Caesars Diamond through Wyndham Rewards card to skip on resort fees, I'll likely not be back anytime soon, but I have no complaints about the quality while I was there.
If you put lipstick on a pig it’s still a pig! That place needs to be leveled, far too many dangerous maintenance and safety issues there. Plus the location is just not ideal either.
No microwaves in hotel because they can cause potential bad food smells. Fish smells can really stink up rooms for the next guest. Try staying at Marriott Residence Inn across they way as they have full kitchens.

Dude, yo Jay! My high school math teacher killed and dismembered (cut up) his wife with a bandsaw there at the Tuscany. I don't know, I guess it could've happened anywhere, but I just couldn't see myself staying there.
Might spend some time here, but, think will stay at The Gold Coast. Like to play at the craps table. Have heard they now have a live craps table. Maybe not the best place to stay at. How about The Gold Coast.
I'll check out this hotel someday for food and what not but staying in it nah, the rooms need a serious remodeling I can see 1995 screaming right out at me.
The best part about Tuscany is the size of the rooms. Also Marilyn's Cafe is excellent especially the breakfast burrito.

We stayed there last year & it was huge, we really liked it. The walk to The Strip wasn’t too bad either.
Ahhh the footsteps on the ceiling, I swear whoever lives above my apartment be re-arranging their entire living room every single evening!!😩😅

They are starting to remodel some things at the Rio Hotel you might want to check it out in a few months.

It's not 3 blocks. It's about 2. Less than 10 min walk. Well worth it.
They removed the microwave so that the smell of your boneless bangus (fish) doesn't stink up the room.🤣
