- At Sägewerk Echtle KG, a KUKA KR QUANTEC robot automates the tending of wood processing machines, acting as a multifunctional assistant. The palletizing robot performs various tasks in the machining center. For this purpose, it's fitted with a large-area vacuum gripper. The robot uses this to remove glued wooden panels from a three-ply panel press. With the aid of the KUKA linear unit, the KR QUANTEC then transfers them to a wide-belt sanding machine.

Looks like a setup IKEA would really appreciate.
Siemens had to have worked some magic with their servos, because I don't remember them being that small, directly on each axis for these robots.
Those are fairly normal sized. Kollmorgen has much higher torque density motors.
I'd get that for my company... It's cheaper than hiring people & no ' at work ' drama !
It moved wooden boards...wooo
Muito Bom!!!
😊👍
good nice
IRobot replacing people don't have to carry health insurance on that robot do you
Robots as tools can definitely reduce physical strain and take over tasks that involve heavy lifting or other physically-demanding tasks. But there are always people operating the robots, programming them, installing them, maintaining them, etc. So the task of the human worker changes with the tool, and certain jobs are replaced by other jobs. But there will always be jobs involved in making things, with or without robots. Actually, there are some really interesting woodworkers and artisans in small companies using robots for woodworking, milling, machining, joining, etc. The robot is a tool that provides new opportunities much as other tools allow the artist to do new things as well.
@@KUKARobotGroup robots are taking a ton of electricity to run electric bills for some plan for $100,000 a month a lot cheaper to pay $100,000 then maybe 250,000 to a Healthcare insurance Company. Factory start building their own solar Fields spending 5 million 6 acre field. They build their own power plants now. And there's also the problem with why corporations get a discount on electricity and residential people pay more kilowatts commercial rate residential rate business rate. Large corporations have become their own country their own little island continent. In the little continents keep getting bigger cuz they buy out each other. And if they buy out another company and they have another facility that does the same thing as another facility the eliminate that one and just sell it off liquidate it. Then those people working for that plant lose their jobs. So if we keep going down this path in a hundred years from now the only be one Corporation left that owns everything. Amazon
so long caches and move that robot.
Irgendwie arbeitet der aber auffällig langsam 🤔 das kann Kuka aber doch besser!
Nun die Geschwindigkeit wird dynamisch gesteuert. Hat er wenig zu tun ist er nicht so schnell.
Create a better show with robot employee integrated into a ful chain production. To transfer one piece of wood to another location and pay thousands of dollars for this is not impressive.
You're good to work but you just stealing our job
