I LOVED Wax Wars!!! First time watching this series!!! My favorites are Squeeze The Day & Lemon Lime Fizz. A beautiful mix is 1:1:1 in the same warmer is Squeeze The Day/Sugar Cookie/Vanilla Waves. This mix I saw Lisa Rowberry do on her channel 🍋🍋🍋

I have nothing helpful to share because while I love lemon, it’s the one scent I struggle with the most. Nearly all have a cleaner vibe to my nose. Sparkling Yellow was my bar for a year, but it started to take on a whisper of cleaner as it aged and my nose was out. Funny enough, Mango Margarita is my lemon bar of choice. It’s the sweetest, greatest lemon of all time and I believe the scent notes say it only has “a dash of sparkling citrus” 😂 I put Lemon Lime Fizz in my club to try because the vanilla may be my noses saving grace. Again, epic wax war!! So helpful in so many ways!
I totally agree! Sparkling Yellow was my go-to but then it aged funny so I removed it from club. And I found that I LOVED Mango Margarita the best. It is still my winner. It’s a great citrus scent!

I love Lemon Sorbet, and I do like Lemon Lime Fizz a lot but since I cant club everything I will stick w Lemon sorbet. I mix Lemon Sorbet w Happy Bday or a strawberry or raspberry sometimes for fruity lemonade. Great wax war, very good detail on scent notes and longevity ❤
Definitely no shortage of lemon scents especially with 2 lemon scents coming in BBMB and the Lemon Verbena also contains lime, plus there is Lime & Sugarcane coming in BBMB. Going to be lemon-limed out lol. My favorite lemon of those 5 is Squeeze the Day but my actual favorite lemon is Lemon Coconut Chiffon safely in my club. Thanks for the video Robyn.

I agree completely with your line up of astringent to creamier lemons. I’ve tried them all, but stopped buying Squeeze because I don’t love the cleaner aspect that comes out for me. It didn’t originally, but the second year I tried it, it did. Sherbet also leans huge cleaner to me and my husband. My husband likes that about it…he prefers to clean with Mr Clean and I prefer Scentsy or natural cleaners. So then he teases me that he doesn’t know if I’m using cleaners or just using Scentsy. Ha! But when we did it in our bathroom, it blew us out of town! That was super strong for us. Lemon Sorbet is my all time favorite…it has my heart. I also do a lot of mixing with fruity scents, especially strawberries. But I also love it on its own. Lemon Lime Fizz mixes really well with Strawberry Bliss for a spring lemonade. Nice and light and airy. I also like Fizz in my bathroom for a nice fresh scent…it smells like I’ve cleaned it, but somehow doesn’t smell like cleaner. I don’t know if I’ll club it because I’m trying to be picky. And Sorbet will always win. (And Yellow…I love Sparkling Yellow….I’ll need to decide if I keep that with all these other options!) Magic in Every Wish makes me SO HAPPY. I like it second best of all 5, but I cannot figure out what it is that I love so much. Very bummed about the price increase on it - it may have to leave my club but for now I haven’t kicked it out. If it weren’t licensed, I’d keep it for sure. I hope they bring it back so I can get a b5g1 bundle.
Yes Magic in Every Wish is wonderful! I grabbed a stack before it retired, but I also hope for a comeback fairly soon so I can get more as I didn’t Club it either!
Lemon Sorbet is my all time favorite Scentsy scent. I will order any scent with a lemon note. Lemon Lime Fizz is wonderful however I was disappointed with Sherbet Lemon. Love the Wax Wars series!
Excellent! So glad you did this. I am not the biggest fan of lemon on its own …filling a whole room. The only exception is Coconut Lemongrass which I love especially to clear cooking smells & to warm on my patio in the summer. Oh & I do like lemon bakery bars like Lemon Drizzle Cake. They’re great warmed in my kitchen when I do summer fruity in the rest of my house. Out of the 5 you tested…. I have a bar of Lemon Lime Fizz but haven’t warmed it. It’s cold & rainy here so I’m waiting until double digits next week then I’ll try it. Sherbet Lemon was very much a sugary-sour lemon drop candy. I only warmed it for about 8 hours & it was too much for my lady parlour. I might do my other bar mixed with something. I wasn’t a fan of having a whole room smell like lemon candy. I like Squeeze the Day in cleaning products but that’s it. I never buy the wax. I haven’t warmed Lemon Sorbet in several years it was ‘just lemon’ & didn’t perform well for me the last time I tried it. I have yet to smell the Wish bar & probably won’t because it’s not available right now & it’s more $$$. My fragile nose doesn’t like sour anything…lemon, rhubarb, cranberry, green apple, kiwi 🤷♀️ unless it has a healthy dose of vanilla or coconut or something creamy.
I love Lemon Lime Fizz too. It has a frothy creamy scent to it and its delicious!! I love all the other lemon scents too. I have squeeze the day warming right now and its still going after 2 days. I did shut the warmers off before I went to bed though. I'm so glad I don't get a cleaner note on any of these scents like some people do.
I love this video! I couldn't have asked for better! 💛 I love all five of these lemon scents. They are perfect for airing out food smells, for cleaning days and for spring and summer. For me first is Wish, second is Sherbet Lemon (because for me it also has this great lime note). Third place for me is Lemon Lime Fizz. Unfortunately, we don't have Squeeze the Day in Region 2. Three years ago I think it was briefly in the International Wax Collection, strangely enough they renamed it to Lemon Squeeze. Lemon Squeeze is currently available only in the cleanser product line. But I have Squeeze the Day from swap and save the last cubes just for reference.
I was so happy to see this pop up! I love lemon scents. I have been warming Lemon Lime Fizz in my bathroom the last couple of days but only in 8 hour stretches. I keep Lemon Sorbet on hand. It’s been a minute since I have warmed Squeeze the day. Wish and Lemon Sherbet are the two I’ve not tried yet. As far as performance, I’ve never tracked it, but I think it would be fun to do so just to see how well they all do in my home. Thanks for the comparison - it’s very informative!! Side note: I think it will be interesting to see how Lemon Lime Fizz ages.
Lemon sorbet has been a long time favorite, and I am also really enjoying lemon lime fizz. Both are club worthy imo. Not the biggest fan of squeeze the day, I have a brick of it that will probably last me a lifetime since I only pull it out once in a great while to melt.
My favorite lemon is Coconut Lemongrass (I know it wasn’t in the running). It lasts and lasts and I think it’s a beautiful lemon scent :) Squeeze the Day is too sharp for my liking. I need to try the Wish bar!
Thank you! I like how the mantel is a lemon theme too - I bought the little shelf for my fragrance flower - it's perfect! Squeeze the Day is my usual lemon choice - i even mix with Sugared Strawberry and sometimes Sugar Cookie. I have never tried Lemon Sorbet , but enjoy Lemon Lime Fizz.

Wish was pretty good and HP Sherbet Lemon was stronger than I anticipated- it is like a candy like Lemonhead. I get a bit of cleaner note from Squeeze the Day also so I usually mix it with something sweet.

My favorite of the two by far is lemon lime fizz. Lemon Sherbet is very very cleaner to me and so frigging strong, it's been going strong for two days in my very large 20 ft high ceiling room, so needless to say she's a powerhouse.
Woah it’s really throwing for you! 🍋 If it’s too sharp I’d suggest a mix with Vanilla Bean Buttercream or any other bakery, or take it fruity and mix with watermelon or strawberry!
Your video is perfect timing for me! I have a club shipping on April 6 and I was considering putting lemon lime fizz in but wasn’t sure. Based on your review, I am going to add it to my club. I have the Harry Potter lemon bar and lemon sorbet coming in my first consultant order (I joined as a consultant in mid March)so I will be able to compare all three. I love these wax comparison videos … They are so helpful when making a decision on similar scents; you did such a great job explaining them and I so appreciate you taking the time to do this for us
Lemon Sorbet is my absolute favourite scent! Out of all of those I've only tried squeeze the day and lemon sorbet. I'm sure I'd like all of them though Scentsy does a great job with the lemon scents and loving all the lemon options this time around.
Thank you for this video. I loved it. Coconut lemongrass is by far my favorite. If it ever left the catalog it would go straight into my club. Honestly, I have all of the rest of the lemon scents but I’ve never melted any of them. I’m going to give them a go this summer and see if it gives coconut lemongrass a run for its money.
I clubbed lemon coconut chiffon and love. Interested see what u think on that bar versus lemon sorbet. I love squeeze the day, widhes ok but not worth extra cost. I just mix. Customer just bought Harry potter collection so I'll b picking her brain
Lemon Coconut Chiffon is in my club too! Really like it - it’s a lemon pound cake with a hint of coconut, and I don’t find it similar to Lemon Sorbet (that ones cold iced lemonade to me).
(Jane) I love to hear comparisons of similar scents so I was happy for another of your wax wars! Can just give me a recommendation for a strong strawberry scent? I would like to mix it with a lemon scent. Sugared Strawberry does not do well for me. Thanks!
Great job my friend!! Loved hearing your thoughts on all these bars. I have all of the bars except for lemon sorbet. I have melted mine though to compare as I prefer these scents in spring & summer and we are just coming into our spring season here hopefully! On cold sniff, I loved Lemon Lime Fizz the most. Squeeze The Day & Lemon Sherbet & Wish are quite sharp to my liking so I would prefer to mix these scents. Lemon Lime Fizz is the only one that I would try warming by itself but then also mixing it too. I have never smelled Lemon Sorbet to compare it. I agree! I think that will be my favorite too. The others are too sharp for my nose by themselves so I will mix with berry scents or fruit scents and bakery scents 🥰!
I didn’t get much from Lemon Sorbet when I got it last summer. I just warmed it last week and I agree…. Much stronger and I really liked it. I think it’s from sitting for almost a year. So I’m on the fence…. Do I need to order more to let sit for next summer LOL I honestly feel like that’s the case with so many of the bars. I let new ones sit for at least 3 months after I warm a few cubes. I tuck away and forget about them to let them cure.
I'm not a fan of Lemon Sorbet or Squeeze the Day, but I LOVED Yellow/Sparkling Yellow from last year. Are any of the other three similar to that? Probably not since Sparkling Yellow had an added pineapple note? 🤷♀
None of them are terribly similar to Yellow, no. Have you tried Pineapple Mango? That one doesn’t have lemon but if you mixed Sherbet Lemon with Pineapple Mango you might get close. Pineapple Mango always reminded me a bit of Sparkling Yellow.
That one is quite a bit different from anything we have right now! Simply the Zest had almost a bodycare or perfume undertone to it - very pretty. The closest recently was Confetti Showers from the Mardi Gras collection, but it’s gone too now. That said, Strength from the Mother’s Day collection reminds me a bit of Confetti Showers, which reminds me a bit of Simply the Zest, so maybe try that!

Yellow is sweeter than all of them, I think - due to the pineapple, which my daughter insists is mango. It does not lean cleaner to me, like Squeeze or Sherbet, so I’d say it’s closer to Lemon Sorbet or Lemon Lime Fizz, but definitely different. A bit warmer.
I'm so surprised that Lemon Sorbet lasted for you, because it was a very poor performer in my home, even in the smallest bathroom. Squeeze the Day I had to take out as soon as it warmed; the lemon cleaner smell made me nauseated. I've ordered Sherbet Lemon and I'm hoping it is the lemon I'm looking for.
Fingers crossed Sherbet Lemon is your lemon! Yeah this particular bar of Lemon Sorbet had sat awhile, which shouldn’t really help a lemon scent as citruses don’t usually age great. But maybe Lemon Sorbet benefits from curing time, I’m not sure!

Thank you for this video. I loved it. Coconut lemongrass is by far my favorite. If it ever left the catalog it would go straight into my club. Honestly, I have all of the rest of the lemon scents but I’ve never melted any of them. I’m going to give them a go this summer and see if it gives coconut lemongrass a run for its money.
Coconut Lemongrass is probably stronger than any of these! That one is one of Scentsy’s strongest bars!
I clubbed lemon coconut chiffon and love. Interested see what u think on that bar versus lemon sorbet. I love squeeze the day, widhes ok but not worth extra cost. I just mix. Customer just bought Harry potter collection so I'll b picking her brain
Lemon Coconut Chiffon is in my club too! Really like it - it’s a lemon pound cake with a hint of coconut, and I don’t find it similar to Lemon Sorbet (that ones cold iced lemonade to me).
My favorite is Lemon Lime Fizz and my 2nd favorite is Magic in Every Wish. I haven't tried Sherbet Lemon yet.

Great job my friend!! Loved hearing your thoughts on all these bars. I have all of the bars except for lemon sorbet. I have melted mine though to compare as I prefer these scents in spring & summer and we are just coming into our spring season here hopefully! On cold sniff, I loved Lemon Lime Fizz the most. Squeeze The Day & Lemon Sherbet & Wish are quite sharp to my liking so I would prefer to mix these scents. Lemon Lime Fizz is the only one that I would try warming by itself but then also mixing it too. I have never smelled Lemon Sorbet to compare it. Overall, I prefer a gourmand/bakery lemon scent in my home. Fantastic job at comparing them! Thanks. Have a great night! Take care and God bless 🙂❤

I agree! I think that will be my favorite too. The others are too sharp for my nose by themselves so I will mix with berry scents or fruit scents and bakery scents 🥰!
I didn’t get much from Lemon Sorbet when I got it last summer. I just warmed it last week and I agree…. Much stronger and I really liked it. I think it’s from sitting for almost a year. So I’m on the fence…. Do I need to order more to let sit for next summer LOL I honestly feel like that’s the case with so many of the bars. I let new ones sit for at least 3 months after I warm a few cubes. I tuck away and forget about them to let them cure.
Most bars do benefit from sitting a little while - 3 months is usually a good amount of time!

I'm not a fan of Lemon Sorbet or Squeeze the Day, but I LOVED Yellow/Sparkling Yellow from last year. Are any of the other three similar to that? Probably not since Sparkling Yellow had an added pineapple note? 🤷♀
None of them are terribly similar to Yellow, no.
Have you tried Pineapple Mango? That one doesn’t have lemon but if you mixed Sherbet Lemon with Pineapple Mango you might get close. Pineapple Mango always reminded me a bit of Sparkling Yellow.

I really liked Simply the Zest and am sad it's not part of the spring/summer lineup. Which current bar would you say is most similar to that one?
That one is quite a bit different from anything we have right now! Simply the Zest had almost a bodycare or perfume undertone to it - very pretty. The closest recently was Confetti Showers from the Mardi Gras collection, but it’s gone too now.
That said, Strength from the Mother’s Day collection reminds me a bit of Confetti Showers, which reminds me a bit of Simply the Zest, so maybe try that!

Yellow is sweeter than all of them, I think - due to the pineapple, which my daughter insists is mango. It does not lean cleaner to me, like Squeeze or Sherbet, so I’d say it’s closer to Lemon Sorbet or Lemon Lime Fizz, but definitely different. A bit warmer.

I'm so surprised that Lemon Sorbet lasted for you, because it was a very poor performer in my home, even in the smallest bathroom. Squeeze the Day I had to take out as soon as it warmed; the lemon cleaner smell made me nauseated. I've ordered Sherbet Lemon and I'm hoping it is the lemon I'm looking for.

Yeah this particular bar of Lemon Sorbet had sat awhile, which shouldn’t really help a lemon scent as citruses don’t usually age great. But maybe Lemon Sorbet benefits from curing time, I’m not sure!

No, I can’t say I get any effervescence from it!
