No, it's not. This is drawing with boxes, which isn't the same. I prefer boxes over Loomis because it's easier to measure the sides and sizes and stuff.

i love the method i think the eye placement is more accurate than loomis, can you do tutorial please so i can understand it in different angle?

I use this exact same method to draw the head! It helps setting the perspective much more easily
