Yes, absolutely!! As far as I remember, the producer is a woman, may be that is why. Or the writer, I can´t remember very well.
Yet she was selfish because all of her co stars did nudity and she didn’t want to do on a show called “s*x and the city”

@@LauRa-re9un Not on E, but on the HBO series, they all had nudity except SJP. Kim Cattrall was nude the most, then Cynthia Nixon, and then Kristin Davis the least. (And by nude I mean topless, I don't remember seeing any of them bottomless).

Damn, those show creators are smart! Few actors rise to her level of charisma. The show creators knew she was golden and they made smart decisions.

None of us know what really happened with Kim and SJP. I love Kim, but I don't think she's easy to deal with.. no matter what people say. SJP has taken so much 💩 over not being conventionally pretty. That's not easy.

There truly is no need to have nudity in any tv show or movie, but sex sells, so there's that.
There is no need to cover up either. Our bodies are nude, why not show it? It's part of life and it is gorgeous. It doesn't need to be sexual.

@@bingonamo7520 Kim has many issues about how SATC was ran. They ended it on season 6 because the salary disparity of SJP to the other 3 is too much and Kim is not having.any of it.

SATC is an ensemble cast show, SJP or Carrie character cannot carry the story alone. It was successful because of all 4 of them.

Yes, through the years, I've heard Dana Delaney say that. SJP is saying that it was presented to her that he had her in mind for the show. He could have been scouting for all actors but had certain ones in mind.

She can’t do nudity. She was ANNIE. Her first big job was being the second actress to take over the role from original Annie, Andrea McArdle in the original Broadway production. Annie doesn’t do nudity!
