Loved the content. Really helpful. Thank you so much Kajal Gada. Your videos are great and really satisfying and helpful. Wishing you the best of everything!
Absolutely loved the content in this video! Kajal Gada and Shilpa Vir, I am so glad I got the chance to personally talk to you both! I think both of you are redefining how women can be great coaches! Coaching is no more just about teaching in a school or giving 101 life lessons as a mom. You both are creating a ripple effect on how to build careers, especially in domains like Tech! Loved this collaboration of you both. More power to both of you❤️
Yet another very helpful video! Thank you Kajal and Shilpa!! I have been in my profession as a software engineer for a few decades now and it has been a long time since I thought about my elevator pitch. I am struck by the effectiveness of the personal component in the pitch, when it is relevant to the overall objective. I can see how it would make me more inclined to listen, and certainly more interested in delivering it to the listener. Also, I agree completely regarding the need to build rapore as a fundamental aspect of a true network connection. As in personal friendships, networks are cultivated over time by people in service to each other. They don't happen automatically and must be a deliberate act of simultaneous charity and self interest. Please keep doing these! Do you have a Patreon account?
Hi Jim, Thank you for the lovely comment. Yes indeed networking is building a relationship, grow it over time and not just because you need something. I don't have a Patreon account at the moment, but thank you for the support :)
As Shilpa said I am doing my part, thank you Shipa and Kajal for this video! I attended an Q&A session by Shipa which was also very insightful. Even though I wasn't a part of this session, I got the link for this from a friend. The reason I am commenting (I hesitate generally) is because this will be very helpful for me in GHC 2020 and in my career as well!
Thank you preksha agrawal for this comment and for being brave enough to post it. I am glad your friend shared the link with you and you were able to get insight on how to create an elevator pitch. All the very best for your career goals and have a great time at GHC 🎉
