I work in wireless sales and so much of what you say is true. We are trained to sell the most expensive first and work out way down. Same stuff in my industry with the pushy add-ons and downloads. If we don't hit a certain percentage and our bosses don't hear us pitching it we can get written up or even fired. It's definitely a very sleezy industry. I love the money because I'm making more money than I have most of my adult life but it's designed to have us have the customer spend as much as possible and we get in trouble if we don't hit quotas.

Yea my friend it's sad just about every industry is like this and I empathize with anyone in that situation might be good to have a second phone or something to download said apps to help out sales associates but I get it not everyone can do that
