Of course I will! This year I plan to get some sticky tires and caltracs and keep going from there. I will be doing before and after videos for those on the race track and on the street.
@@SlickSilverado My MAN!! that's what I am talking about! The opinion of the "little guy" is what I find valuable, real world experience! Been looking at the TS for a while, and I want to give it a whirl. Richard Holdener, and HOT ROD, put a small centrifugal on a 4.3-v6, and I would like to do the same for one of my Monza's. thanks, I'll be watching!!!
The first belt installed ripped one of the ribs off. When I was looking it over it looked like my idler pulley was out of line. I just took everything apart and put it all back together and now it’s all better!
I’m not sure, I only had it happen once. If your truck is not tuned or running correctly it could be throwing backlash into the belt if the motor cuts out
@@SlickSilverado so far I believe it's the bracket or a pulley. Originally, it would do it often because the whole bracket would flex under load. Buddy of mine made a bracket to counteract that problem. Now, it does it less often but still think it's an alignment issue, however we can't see any pulley out of place! @@SlickSilverado I just built my 5.3. Norris cam kit. 2800 stall converter. 799 heads. Cold air intake. I want more power now. Thinking about a turbo kit now

Everything is holding up great!! For as conservative as everything with the tune and truck is I don’t have a worry of anything going wrong other than my stock 4l60 anytime soon. Running 20 mpg and I can still hurt some feelings!
centrifugal is the way to go on a daily feels much better under street conditions having instant power instead of having to brake boost every launch to spool up turbos
The 45 degree that the kit came with wasn’t working in any direction. It was a extra 3.5 inch U piece from my intercooler piping that I cut and welded to fit.
Puts a procharger and daily drives it ??? Man I’m trynna see a review someone who races their shit on the daily !! Nd see if the torque storm still holding . Bro talking about daily drivin 🤦♂️
I have been looking for Torque Storm customer feed back.
This is some of the first I have seen. If you will be doing more, I will be subscribing.

Much appreciated!
Torque Storm is local to me and I know a few of the guys that work there as well as a few people who have their blowers, they're legit!
thing looks wicked! take us on a ride!!
I guess I say UHHHHH 15000 times when I’m nervous, sorry everyone lol!
No need to apologise. The video was fine and you did a good job explaining👍🇺🇸🇦🇺
Appreciate it! Was my first time being on the camera!
No apologies, great video, good insight and ideas for people looking to do this swap. Keep it up man.
I do same thing man
Didn't notice till you brought it up bro lol beautiful truck btw plan on doing something similar on a 07 4.8 RCSB
Sick truck
Nice, thanks for getting back to me. Keep hurting them feelings 😂😂💪🏻
Anytime and always!
Did you use the heat exchanger that came with the kit ?
Yes it’s extra in the package but I bought it! Worked and fit great!
3:25 where did u get the tank?

Is the whistling sound loud in your cabin as a daily driver?
With the windows up you can hear it but it’s not to loud at all! My exhaust also drones out some of the sound as well
Just a follow up on your comment. I will be posting a video within the next week on drivability if you’re still interested
Sounds good!
Appreciate it
Stock piston ? Ring gap? Did you mess with any of that?
Stock bottom end, just a cam kit! Probably won’t touch the motor in this truck unless I have to, drivability is perfect!

The first belt installed ripped one of the ribs off. When I was looking it over it looked like my idler pulley was out of line. I just took everything apart and put it all back together and now it’s all better!
I've been thinking either the tensioner is saying fuck it or and idler pulley isn't cutting it. Shits been a struggle

Sorry you’re having that trouble!
Quick question hows that rule pump holding up on your air to water setup?
Good, still doing its job. I just don’t like the look very much and it’s kind of noisy
Ok I gotcha just wondering if it was still holding up after hours of running time I appreciate it 👍🏾
