    For the side leg 🦵 raises, squat pulses, and kickbacks, I held a 10lb dumbell for added weight/resistance. Definitely got a sweat 😅 going and my heart rate was up. The hip circles at the end felt sooo good! Thank you Coach Gaby for another fantastic workout! ❤

    Exactly what I need to shape my butt not make it bigger. A lot of trainers these days are focused on making the butt bigger, so annoying 😂
