  • This is taco recipe is so good that you will never buy taco bell again. Making your own tacos at home is worth it and if you are used to fast food stuff you have to try taco al pastor. It might just be your new favorite food. It is for sure mine, specially done right like this.

    I’m Mexican and I think this is a good recipe, everything is fine execept the sauces jajaja (it’s understandable), we don’t put mayonnaise in the sauces and I think here are more more more spicy but is ok jajaja
    And the meat (al pastor) looks very good, also the tortilla looks very good

  • @ImElMounstro
    @ImElMounstro 3 года назад +8

    The pastor was absolutely amazing, specially the way he tried to emulate the trompo.
    I don't mind the tortillas, specially because that's basically the best you can get in the US, all store bought tortillas over there are trash compared with the ones back in Mexico.
    But putting mayo in salsa without showing the world what real salsa is... That's sacrilege.
    But you know, Guga is as much an artista as he is a scientist, so it's fine in the end.
