    I wish you guys did a step between 2 tb and however many sticks were in the second one. One stick split up between the whole cuicken would have been reasonable.

    Get a pot of butter, melt it at the lowest temp than submerge the chicken in it over night like a marinade.
    Take the chicken out in the morning, season it and grill it the same way.
